It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and private patio. The complex has two pools, two sets of tennis courts and a dog park. The neighborhood is about 10 minutes from the city. The complex is thorough and timely with repairs. The monthly rent is $1,125. Additional monthly fees include $26 trash pick-up, $2 pest control fee (they treat the interior and exterior), and water which runs about $40-45. Also, pets are allowed but are an additional fee.
