This newly renovated apartment features high-end furnishings and upscale decor, including granite countertops, kitchen islands, and stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen comes with complimentary coffee and tea, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Enjoy a 50-inch smart TV with live cable and Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. The apartment offers complete temperature control, a private entrance, a backyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, and a patio or balcony with sun loungers. Free on-site and street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the building includes an EV charger. Gym access is provided. Pets are welcome with an extra one-time fee per pet per stay, which is not included in the booking total and will be collected separately. The pet cleaning fees are $100 per pet for 1-2 nights, $150 per pet for 3-6 nights, $250 per pet for 7-29 nights, and $300 per month per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Due to building regulations, a background check is required for all guests, who will be asked to provide a valid government ID through secure platforms. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subject to a penalty of $300 and immediate expulsion.
