5400 Vistas

Two stars for location. Multiple issues and some large. Maintenance Manager was sent, he down played it all as normal and no big deal. - Sink faucet has a hose that’s has rust and was chewed apart with rust and calcium. -The sink itself pulls off the counter in the back -tub was painted white and is now unusable due to it having paint melting into the water anytime we try and it’s for our 5 year old. - one bathroom was used and not flushed for so long that the solids had molded. Has broken sanitized lanyard. Other toilet have black marks everywhere and cocking dyed by urine. - clearly had a flood and dogs because instead of fixing it, he painted over the damage that was mixed with dog fur. - floor are so bad our feet turned black walking on it when we never brought shoes in (maintenance tried to play off as wax) - neighbor said someone was living there right before we moved in which would check out with how dirty it was. - microwave was filthy. Yellow crust under plate, not staining.

The Apartments are not in good living conditions. I was informed by an employee that the leasing manager was aware of the roach infestation in the vacant apartment that was rented to me prior to it being rented. I was shown an upstairs apartment but was rented a first floor. The rules and restrictions that the leasing office places on the renters are ridiculous! I am in a 14 month contract being over priced. Had to essentially get rid of a pest control problem myself. Now being told what I can and cannot due in my place of residence that I pay rent to live in every month makes no sense.

Quiet sometimes, home feels like home besides all the loud pool people, no really complaints, other than the gate is always broken, which leads to homeless coming in the apartment complex,

The property is Great, residents are friendly, and Ana In office is extremely helpful! Just moved in so I can’t really judge anything else. I do have two service tickets that still need to be fulfilled but besides that overall Great place

I had a wonderfull experience dealing with Ana and the Maintenance men there. They are 5 star in my book. Unfortunately there is one bad apple in the bunch and thatnis the Manager Mari. The most unpleasent person to deal with. NOT a good experience dealing with her. If you have to talk to someone, deal with that Ana lady not Mari. If you deal woth her you will leave upset. And for that reason only, do i rate it one star.

This is a very peaceful, clean inside and out as well as very mindful community as well as family oriented and pet friendly. Love all the amenities and recreation areas.

The community is quiet, and the neighbors keep to themselves. I’d give it 5 stars but lately the maintenance has been lacking. There’s lots of trash everywhere and the dumpsters have become unkempt. The part that allured me to these apartments was that it was gated, but the gates stay open all night and people can wander in. Pet owners don’t really clean up after themselves either, I’ve accidentally stepped on pets excrement a few times.

Was amazing and easy , 10/10 was very satisfied with our service and was moved in quick and the apartments leasing team is Amazing shoutout to Mari !

It's great so far haven't been here long , but I'm great full an thankful for this place. I appreciate maria helping me with moving in an becoming a resident thank you.

Noisy highway, older buildings so occasional water cutoff, people in parking lot doing things not allowed in the lease, micromanaging management for some reason but they change management constantly, mail boxes get broken into a lot.

It’s been great living here, management really takes care of the property. They are always on top of maintenance requests and I feel safe in the area as well, they have security patrolling nights

So far I have no issues here. Lady in front office was amazing to helping me get into apartments. Kids are here which is good for my kids, they all play at playground together. Amazon lockers available which take all package companies. And it’s not far from everything.

Great and amazing very smooth and easy managment t from prior experience with other places very safe and gated community with security will renew with lease again property is clean and well taken care of

The community seems that it is nice. I just have a few weeks living here and I can't complain. The personal at the office are really nice and helpfully. I like the calm that I have for now. I am just knowing this new community.

Moving into a new apartment is an exciting milestone and marked a fresh start for me. Overall, my experience has been positive, but a few setbacks keep it from being perfect. I’d rate it 3.5 stars. The process began with delays, adding some stress. Once inside, I noticed a few repair issues, like a faulty thermostat, which made the apartment feel less move-in ready. On the bright side, management has been responsive and quick to address concerns, which I appreciate. The apartment itself is cozy, and I’m enjoying the sense of independence it brings. Despite the initial challenges, it already feels like home, and I’m excited to make it my own. If you’re patient during the move-in process, this apartment could be a comfortable and promising choice.

So far so good. Staff is great and friendly but rent should be a bit cheaper due to apartment size and lack of space to put stuff and closets could be made a bit bigger

I Have been Living here for almost two years its been amazing, very safe, family oriented living , all amenities are great. Never had issues with any of my neighbors

The apartment complex is pretty quite. The staff are amazing and friendly. They are willing to help if you need anything. They will also work any issues this until they are resolved!

I like where I live it’s nice and quiet, management is nice and helpful. I feel safe and secure no worries. I like that it’s a cool, play ground and gym that’s a plus. Also the fact I live close to my job no long travel, over all I happy and grateful.

Until now is a very good experience live here. Is a quiet place, clean. The staff is always ready for help, especially Anahi. We love live here.

Small but nice community. A LOT OF BUGS ROACHES AND MORE. Besides that not bad for the price and thwy fix things very fast and upgrade oftwn

Absolutely love this building. The staff are amazing and the tents are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Moving from California I thought it was gonna be hard to adjust. But the staff here made it an easy transition for my family. I greatly appreciate them. For their hard work and effort.

I like living here , the staff is really cool and laid back , the place is quite and I love that they accept pets here ... The mailboxes had me a little bit annoyed but I appreciate you guys fixing them asap

I hardly have maintenance issues, but whenever I do, Israel always fixes the issue quickly and properly. He is very proactive as well, the community looks amazing!!

The Management Team Mari & Bri are always helpful! Plus, they also make sure that the doggie bags are stocked too, which we all truly appreciate as a community.

I been living here for 2 years and never had any real issues staff are very friendly and helpful when I need repairs they are handled promptly… The manager Mari she is always willing to go above n beyond to help me with any concerns I may have ….

Front office staff is great especially Bri, always has my packages in the front office if I am not home to receive them.

Maintenance was great before new changes now is nonexistent except when rudely refusing to perform service, entire complex covered in cockroaches, can’t wait for lease to be up, complex has gone dramatically down hill

We have lived at this property for 5 years and are very happy here. The manager Mari is fabulous and personable so is Elisi the assistant manager and Sergio the maintenance supervisor is the best as well. This team cares about their residents and the property. They always make me feel special and important when I stop in the office. This is a solid professional team and we are so happy they are here for us. Thank you Mari, Elisi and Sergio you make our living experience here very nice.

5400 Vistas is a nice quiet community, not too many problems other than the bug problems and the maintenance team taking longer to respond

The office staff is great, but too many pet owners don’t follow the rules.

We haven't had any serious problems while standing at 5400 Vistas. We've only been here less than 24 months and we've had 4 to 5 management and staff changes. Recently a complete new maintenance staff. Which seems odd compared to a couple other places we've encountered.

wonderful community , lived here for the last 9 years and i never plan on moving.

Ivan and Marcell always perform great work. Quick and timely. Do not let James leave. We have seen an improvement living here after 5 years and it’s going to go to trash again. We will be moving once our lease is up.

I love my home! James in the office was very helpful from start to finish and helped my move in happen quickly since I need to move fast.

Ive enjoyed living here. Management and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that appliances are pretty dated.
