Little gem in the city.

This cute little brown brick building is nestled right between two beautiful Minneapolis mansions. Marcy Holmes is the oldest neighborhood in Minneapolis, and the pride of its residents is evident. My unit has south facing Windows overlooking the skyline of downtown which is just across the river. I love my hardwood floors and you can't beat a gas stove. It's a great apartment with lots of light, big bedrooms and a ton of storage. Rent is kept low because the owners own it outright and it's very well maintained! I'm never leaving this place!
