      Luxury, Convenience, and Peace of Mind

      My name is Autumn! 500 Crawford is hands down the best apartment I’ve ever lived at in Houston and I’ve lived at several over the years. The amenities are unbeatable, always clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff is consistently professional, super accommodating, and quick to respond. Maintenance concerns have been minimal during my two years here, and anything that’s come up has been handled promptly and efficiently. It truly feels like home, and the level of service sets it apart from anywhere else I’ve stayed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience downtown!

      Really solid place to live

      I've lived here 2.5 years and have really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend, especially if you work downtown. Things I love: * Everything is clean and looks good. Hallways are cleaned regularly, no smell * Everything is fairly new and works. I've only had two issues and they were fixed pretty quickly by maintenance. * Staff are friendly and helpful, and amenities are good. The gym is never too crowded. * The view from the La Branch-facing apartments isn't perfect, but if you angle your couch right, you can make it so you only see the pretty skyline * Price relative to location. There are far worse located apartments for the same or worse prices, which ties into... * Proximity to everything. There's no downtown HEB, but it and Target are a short drive away, and the Red Line rail is an easy 7 minute walk away, which gets you to the Texans stadium/Rodeo, midtown, Herman park, and the museum district. Discovery green is a cute little park that's also a 7 minute walk, and Phoenicia market, an adorable little grocery store with a great bakery, is right next to that. Downtown is not like other major metropolis downtowns, so it's not the most happening and you won't have everything you need in walking distance / open late, but it's about as good as it gets in Houston for walkability. What to be aware of: * You're choosing to live next to the Astros stadium. If you don't go to more than a handful of games, this is exclusively a downside. Traffic on gamedays / concert nights is centered around this building, and some people blast their music after games often, so baseball season is generally fairly loud for my apartment on the La Branch side. * Other noise: You can't hear the main street clubs or anything, but a few times a week there will be a loud car ripping its engine, someone absolutely blasting Wanna Be A Baller by Lil Troy (yes, that song specifically), or a group of people riding quads. These last from 2 seconds to 2 minutes, and even with your doors and windows properly shut, it's very loud, but this is the case with a lot of places in the loop so it's only specific to this apartment on gameday. The median volume, though, is very quiet for what you'd expect from a downtown. * Parking pass system is strict at 24 hours. You have to re-create their guest pass as soon as the old one lapses, otherwise your friend's car will be towed without mercy. This is the one thing staff wouldn't help me out on.

      Clean, well-managed, great location

      First, the management team has been professional and super helpful at every point since I moved in July. The place is well-kept and the location cannot be beat, especially if you work downtown (commute is less than ten min, every day). Next to the Astros, and a few blocks from the Dynamo and the Rockets. Communications have been timely, covering community/holiday events, fire drills, food truck Wednesdays, etc. I was excited to move in, and they have only exceeded expectations since.

      500 Crawford apartments feeds my need for baseball, theatre and music. Parking and maintenance are excellent. I think I found my home.

      Superb Property Managers and Leasing Professionals

      My husband and I have been at 500 Crawford for almost a year. The property managers, Christal and Merrick, exude true professionalism and superb customer service. The leasing professionals and maintenance staff are prompt with requests and friendly. The building is beautiful and well-kept. We would have renewed our lease but we're moving to Alabama.

      Best Quality / Price ratio in DT Houston

      If you are looking for a place in the heart of downtown Houston with a great price quality ratio, 500 Crawford is the place to be ! It is cheaper than all other residences with the same level of amenities and the management team is qualified and efficient. I recommend this place especially if you work in Downtown it is very convenient.

      Stay Away!!!!

      This has easily been the worst apartment living experience of my life. They try to sell safety, but the security is useless. Multiple cars were stolen from the “guarded” garage. The fire alarms go off more often than a fire house, but for no reason. The front desk fails to notify residents of this until much later so if you are at work and you have any animals they are trapped with the alarm blaring for possibly hours. The entire complex has a scent of trash mixed with urine. The worst part of this experience has been moving out. As always, the staff was unhelpful. They did not provide any guidelines as to how you should move out, turn in keys, etc. They have now proceeded to charge me an absurd amount for damages that were noted in my condition form (so the damages were there before me) and are refusing to reduce the charge. After slow response times from them, they have gone silent and are not talking to me to the point where the deadline to pay has now passed so I am forced to pay for these damages I have not caused. Long story short: I would recommend living with the homeless people that live right outside this complex before living here.

      Beautiful Property With Amazing Veiws

      500 Crawford is located on next to Minute Maid park with a lounge that looks directly at the train. It was great watching the games from the lounge with friends. There are two amazing pools, one being a heated lap pool which is great during the colder months. The staff is great and always on top of everything and there are two restaurants on-site as well. We preffer Osso since it's more affordable but the other one is great for special occasions making it easy to invite friends and family over. Overall, the experience is wonderful and the building is great for living in downtown Houston.

      Best Management Team in the Business

      Ellie, Christal, Nick, and Taylor are always giving superior customer service. They throw the best parties thanks to Ellie. She’s such socialite. We also love our home here bc of the great maintenance team. Leo and Temo Emu are the Best!!! Thanks for all you do. We highly recommend 500 Crawford.
