Feel at home in this studio offering clean, modern comfort with resort-style amenities and walkable access to Brickell’s best dining and waterfront paths. This bright, modern studio is designed with comfort and ease in mind, offering 495 sq ft of well-designed living space. It includes a queen bed with hotel-quality linens, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, fast Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom. Valet parking is available at the building at hourly rates with no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. Height clearance for the private parking is 6’2”. Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, views from the unit will be blocked, construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Guests must take out the trash before leaving. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4.
