It includes a queen bed with hotel-quality linens, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, fast Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom. Valet parking is available at the building at hourly rates with no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. Height clearance for the private parking is 6’2”. Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away.
