Brickell is fast becoming the hottest neighborhood in Miami, gaining attention from regional and national press as one of the best places in South Florida to live, work, and play. In many ways, Brickell has eclipsed Downtown as the hub of business and culture in the City of Miami.
Once known almost exclusively as a business district with nothing much to do during off-hours, scores of trendy boutique shops and restaurants have emerged in recent years, boosting the appeal of this waterfront area as a residential option. Now, a healthy mix of corporate offices, dining, nightlife, and high-rise apartments and condos gives residents the ability to easily walk to work, to dinner, to a concert, or to pick up groceries. The dining and nightlife are superb, bringing the best elements of Miami’s diverse and vibrant culture to your doorstep.

It's just a cluster of tall business ( really scary if you think in strong hurricanes season ), flooding streets ( reason why all buildings are built high ), over expensive and over rated , and in opposite to what people is trying to push , it's boring !! and homeless population is growing on its streets and in main Brickell Avenue ! Even the mall isn't special at all!! People be real, coconut grove is more fun but also very expensive for no reason. There much better places in Florida where fun, great restaurants , affordable housing , beautiful neighbors as Orlando or Tampa. My favorite Orlando, Dr Phillips neighbor , just around the corner of Universal Studios, safe, clean , just like living in a garden with 5 star restaurants and more. Ahhh, no hurricanes or flooding !!

Nice area that is close to everything you need and want to enjoy. Mostly older and well established people live here. Also, the area is very safe and supports a very healthy active adult community.

Brickell is a beautiful neighborhood in Miami,FL. It is also known as the financial district. Brickell is home to many beautiful skyscrapers and is seafront. Not the best place for children as it is more focused on adults, children, however, are still welcomed in the area.
