The first floor unit is a large 8 room (not including hall and bathrooms) 1st-floor apartment with oak floors on a lovely street in Jamaica Plain. The entire home has been de-leaded, and the certificate of compliance. The rooms include: A formal living room. Dining room. Eat-in kitchen. Music room off the living room. 1.5 bathrooms. Three full bedrooms with closets. There is an office in the back of the house (which could be a small bedroom). The 2nd-floor unit consists of 2 floors. The immediate 2nd floor is nearly identical to the 1st-floor unit. The second-floor apartment is a two-floor apartment. A formal living room. Large 2nd living room Dining room. Eat-in kitchen. On the 2nd floor and galley kitchen on the 3rd floor. Music room off the formal living room. Two bathrooms. Five full bedrooms with closets. There is a screened-in porch on the 2nd floor. The laundry is in the basement and includes a storage area. There are two laundry areas for each apartment. The rent includes access to the basement laundry area with storage and the one parking space in the two-car garage with a remote door opener. There is walking distance to many amenities, including public transportation. The 39 buses, Orange Line, and Green Line trains are all a short walk away. The building is pondside on one end and Hyde Square on the other end of the street. There is a shared backyard with the other apartment in the building. All utilities are included except for internet/television/phone. Tenants take trashcans to the curb and back to the side of the house. Tenants bring their own AC window units. Up to two cats are allowed included in the rent price or 1 dog. There is a maintenance company on call for repairs. The brokerage fee on this website is not an application fee. Brokerage fees will be refunded after the lease is signed. The brokerage fee affords you the opportunity to apply to 10 participating listings for up to 30 days through this website.
