Looking for trustworthy tenants to rent our Victorian home with lots of details. It is located close to Resturants and bars in Forest Hills., 3 minute walk trains and buses. The apartment is a five minute walk to the Arnold Arboretum, and 10-15 min walk to Jamaica Ponds. Entrance to Forest Hill Cemetery located on street as well. We are renting the entire apartment that consist of 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathroom, Kitchen (includes consisting of Fridge, Gas stove, dishwasher), full dinning room, and living room. Room Rental are as follows. Bedroom 1: Located on the 2nd floor is 11 ft X12 feet, fit a Queen Bed Set and had a closet. asking $850 for this room Bedroom 2 Located on 2nd floor 11ft X 10ft, fits a full Bed Set and has a closet as well. asking $750 Bedroom 3: Located on 3rd floor grand room, consisting of 3 walk in closets, and a bedroom that is 14X19ft, large enough for a California King; $950 Bedroom 4: Located on 3rd floor consisting of 2 walk in closet, and 14x19ft room; $950 All rooms have been repainted, and cleaned. Ready to move in. Can be furnished or delivered vacant. We are also willing to rent the entire apartment to a group of friends or family for $3200.

Situated seven miles southwest of downtown Boston, Forest Hills-Woodbourne in Jamaica Plain is a mostly residential neighborhood of multi-family homes for rent. Large green spaces cover much of the neighborhood, with the Woodbourne historical district consisting of houses dating back to the 19th century. Residents walk to the Forest Hills subway station on the Orange Line to head into downtown. This station also acts as a hub for many bus lines to take locals to other parts of the city and is home to a small business area.
