It's located less than 1 block to Lake Street, Lunds, Calhoun Square, restaurants, etc. You wont find a better location. ALL UTILITIES ARE PAID except electricity. It also has shared access to a laundry room (no stairs to the laundry room), extra storage space and a nice grassy fenced backyard. Our family has been renting apt's in Uptown for more than 15 years. We've learned that it's important to respect your tenants. Did I mention that all utilities are paid by us except electricity? We accept cats but no dogs in this building please.
