Inside the apartment, you'll find 2 private bedrooms, each with a full-size bed, 2 full bathrooms with hotel-style towels and toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Beautiful natural light and modern finishes are present throughout. The building offers a rooftop lounge, a full fitness center with a yoga studio and sauna, tanning beds, a golf simulator, media room, outdoor grilling stations, and communal dining areas. However, the hot tub is currently unavailable as it is undergoing maintenance. Located in the vibrant Prospect Park neighborhood, this apartment offers the perfect balance of campus energy and city convenience. With the METRO Green Line just steps away, you’ll have easy access to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, the University of Minnesota, and endless dining and entertainment options. Prospect Park Station (METRO Green Line) is a 2-minute walk away, and the University of Minnesota & Stadium Village are a 10-minute walk or 1 stop on the train. Nearby, you'll find Caribou Coffee, Malcolm Yards Market, and Surly Brewing Co. for dining and breweries. For shopping, Target is a 22-minute walk or 7-minute drive, and Fresh Thyme Market is nearby for groceries. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. The building is located in a multi-unit residential property, and occasional noise from neighboring units may occur. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. While we aim to provide reliable service, connectivity is not guaranteed and may be impacted by provider outages or high usage. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
