2900 is a great place to live. You can walk to great restaurants, coffee shop, Whole Foods, CVS. I feel very safe here. Staff members are capable, helpful, upbeat. Dog friendly green areas all around and the bayou is walking distance.

I love my new apartment at 2900 W Dallas St. They have several apartment types to choose from, several pools and grills, a 2 floor gym, secure fabs all main enterances, and assigned parking. It's super centeral to every area and freeway you need to travel. The maintenance and property employees are great to work with and courteous. Maintenance work requests are fixed quickly. Everyone that I've been in contact with that lives here looks you in the eye and says hi. I have not encountered and sketchy activity and the property is pretty clean. It's not a sparkling new complex but the interior apartments have nice ammenities compared to some of the newers ones. The best thing is these apartments were built with six inch concrete inbetween each apartment so you really don't hear a lot from your neighbors much. I would recommend living here.

Love it here!! The staff really is a perk of living here. I always enjoy chatting with them when I have to pick up a package or have a question about my lease, and they host fun events to make the community more homey. The parcel/package room is also a convenient addition within the last year and a half, and the gym is well-suited to my fitness preferences. Honestly, I never have any problems living here, so highly recommend!

The apartment is in the heart of Buffalo Bayou. This makes it an easy walk to a beautiful park and a great way to get out and enjoy the city. If you choose to bike, Buffalo Bayou can take you to adjacent Bayous leading you all over the city. In addition to its easy access to parks, the complex is next door to a Whole Foods which is an amazing convenience. 2900 W Dallas is also convenient to get into Downtown or, surprisingly, to the Galleria area via Memorial Drive. The staff are always attentive and friendly. They are also quick to help resolve any issues that may come up with the unit or the complex.

This neighborhood is beautiful, surrounded by amazing surroundings and extremely friendly people. The staff is also amazing. The building is always clean, and there’s always staff and personnel around to ensure everything is spotless.

2900 W Dallas is a great place to call home! Beautifully maintained pools, friendly neighbors, and a spacious apartment. And the location can’t be beat—it’s so close to everything going on in Montrose and River Oaks, and the bayou trails are practically in our backyard.

2900 W. Dallas for me is a divine living experience, from its perfect location to the quiet and well-maintained property. One of the things that I most enjoy about my living experience at 2900 W. Dallas is the leasing staff. Their great customer service, genuine helpfulness, and kindness are boundless. In addition, the hard-working maintenance team at 2900 W. Dallas is hands down the best! They are very efficient, diligent, and leave my apartment as they found it. I sincerely appreciate all that each of them has done for me as well as for the community.

Good - Location is great. People in the leasing office are very supportive and personable. Gym is nice with lots of strength and cardio equipment. Apartments are comfortable, quiet and energy efficient. Bad - it’s crazy that it takes months and months to repair an elevator and lighting. Especially considering the break ins, you would expect poor lighting to be a top priority, for everyone but especially for women.

Great community, amazing and very responsive leasing and maintenance team, quiet and respectful place and the management cares and enforces policy to keep it like that while being respectful, communicative and caring while efficient. Four clean and serene pools but any loud parties or gatherings are controlled which makes huge difference. No large gatherings at the pools allowed. Clean and regularly shampooed hallways, assigned parking spots and controlled entrances.

Really love the building and the location. Facilities are very nice and staff are all Very friendly. The neighborhood is loud at night with cars reving engines so exterior units are a little louder

The apartment community is located in the heart of Buffalo Bayou park. This makes for a nice location for outdoor activities like running, biking, or even just nightly strolls. Not to mention the great staff who is always more than happy to assist in any way possible

This a great place to stay in, staff is caring and is efficient with the unit's maintenance requests. The pool area is very relaxing. I definitely enjoyed waking up to a nice view. Having the park so close by and having the fitness center allowed me to be achieve healthy lifestyle goals. Having Whole Foods next to us is a plus! I am glad we choose this place to stay.

Great location. Love my apt. Yappie dog next door is annoying. Hallway carpets stink even after the shampoo which made it worse and smells like wet dog now.

Josh and the team have been beyond caring with us! The maintenance requests are immediately answered, though we havent been capable to assist to many of the community activities we do appreciate the effort put into building our community. Common areas are always taken care of. It would be great if there's an schedule carpet cleaning on our side of the building but im sure it will, since besides that all the gym, office, etc is always clean.

While this is my last month, I have enjoyed my 2 years at 2900 W Dallas. The office staff and maintenance are great as well as the amenities. My only “issue” is the cost to stay here, which of course you do get what you pay for! However if you can swing it, highly recommend!

Great residence with good amenities overall (they’re supposed to upgrade the fitness center soon). The neighborhood is nice and safe, we plan to stay here for a while.

Community is dirty and unkempt. Elevators and hallways are gross. Litter remains on floors for weeks. Floormats at entrances to garage are filthy. Common area has NO AC for months now.

Great location. Good on security. In-apartment maintenance is very good. Complex is clearly designed more around security and the parking garage rather than actually living there or having guests. No real sense of community, and hard to get to know your neighbors. Not really any communal spaces where you might bump into other residents or where you would hang out, besides the multiple pools. On-site staff is very helpful and competent.

In general I wouldn’t recommend living here. General property maintenance is abysmal, gates and elevators are always broken, and staff is sassy.
