This is a great location right off the highway (Rt 9), near Chestnut Hill Mall, Lifetime Fitness, Wegmans and a 1 mile walk to the Green D line. You can NOT beat this price for a 4 BR/2 BA! Shared front porch. Cats yes, Dogs depends on size and breed. No smoking. Parking is On-street parking from May to October, after that there is garage parking from Nov to Apr for $150/mo. Unfortunately, you can only go in at 4 pm and have to leave by 9 am every morning but you are welcome to find your own, more convenient parking.
