All guests are required to upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay at our properties. Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices do not record conversations, they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment. Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
