We bought a house and will be moving out of our amazing 1 BR 1 Bath apartment in the Richmond Flats building on SE 37th and Division. We are looking for someone (or a couple) to take over our lease that runs through April 2017. You can resign after that if you wish. You would get our deal (they rent for more now than when we signed) and be on the lease. There are no fees to take over the lease, and the management company is fine with this as long as the applicant(s) goes through the credit check/screening (which is $50). We will have everything checked out and cleaned prior to move out. The building is very dog friendly, with no breed issues. The neighbors are awesome. The building was brand new when we moved here in 2014. Parking is easy, although you can pay for monthly parking in lot across street, we have never needed to. There is a pet rent of $35, and our internet is $40 per month, although you could pick another provider. New washer/dryer in unit. Very energy efficient with great heating in winter. We are on the second floor, with many windows facing into foliage, not into any street. We never hear street noise. The BR is large enough for a king bed with a bit of room to spare. The kitchen is the largest of the models in the building, with a little bar area. Everything still looks brand new, with beautiful finishes. The neighborhood speaks for itself with awesome Walk Score 91, Bike Score 94. The 4 bus is on the corner. You can walk downstairs to the best gelato in Portland!
