The home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island with a breakfast bar, high-end luxury finishes, and farmhouse-style open shelving, complete with stainless steel appliances and all basic cooking essentials. The dining room, with its glass oval dinner table, offers a restaurant-like environment, while the living room provides a comfortable space for relaxation with high-speed Wi-Fi and a large flat-screen TV. Free parking is available in the garage, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking that they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply.
