This spacious flat is 1300 SF with 8' 1/2"ceilings it has a total of (5) rooms. Eat in kitchen, living rm, dining rm, 2 large bedrooms both about the same size, large bathroom. also a huge pantry off kitchen and a very large linen closet off the hallway. The flat offers lovely hardwood floors, tons of stain glass the, kitchen and bathroom were completely gutted and renovated 8 years ago also there is a exquisite outside deck off of the kitchen. No utilities are included in rent except water, you pay for Oil heat, Gas cooking & hot water. There is a coin-op washer & dryer located in the basement of the home for tenant use. Absolutely No pets allowed . NO smoking in or around the property. (This is perfect for couples.) If interested you must have good credit. (your credit will be checked.)
