The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and dining table. Parking is available at $15 per night and is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A pack n' play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 per pet cleaning fee.
