We love 14W and have had no issues since moving in 18 months ago. You will always have heating or AC and running water with little to no disturbances from other residents. Concierge does its best to learn about their residents and continuously throw fun community events,

Generally, it is a nice place to live, but the elevator key fobs and the gym used to be better maintained. The communications protocol also used to be better, for instance when some event happens we often learn of it too late. It has a good location and amenities, and the long-term staff are great.

Unfortunately, someone nearby has a dog he refuses to control and screams at so loudly I can hear it inside the apartment with headphones on.

Great building! No complaints and exciting community to be apart of. The sensors on the elevators are a little wonky but the mail service, concierge and other amenities are wonderful.

This has been one of my favorite places to live in DC! The front desk (shout out Antoine) is always super helpful and friendly and they do some nice things for residents like wine night, Halloween gatherings etc. It is also so close to bars, restaurants, theaters and grocery stores so you have everything at your fingertips! I would highly recommend living here.

So far, we are loving the building. The location is great and the building is kept up nicely - the common spaces are all very clean and the staff is nice.

Nice staff, especially the maintenance crew and head concierge. Clean building well maintained. Not sure the rates are worth it anymore given few amenities.

Fantastic building with even better staff! The building (and units) are extremely well taken care of, I've never had to wait longer than 2 days for a maintenance request and the building constantly puts on great events for the residents! All the residents I've met have been so nice, and genuinely have become friends. I love this building and will be sad when I eventually have to leave the city!

Fantastic building with wonderful staff and great amenities (I'm a particular fan of the gorgeous rooftop)! Any repairs are made within a day, the front desk and leasing office are both super helpful, and there are always cool events being run in the lobby. The apartments themselves are also modern, clean, and luxurious. 14th street can get loud in the evenings and on the weekends, but the building itself couldn't be better.

The experience is great. Staff are friendly and helpful and the building is very nice. 14W is in a lovely neighborhood as well with plenty of good restaurants, bars and green space (meridian hill).

Living at 14W Apartments is easy. The location is close to access the excitement of 14th Street/Logan Circle/Adams Morgan, but a quiet place to live. Concierge for package delivery, guest access, and more is efficient and friendly. The gym is good for a quick workout and the rooftop chairs/grill and club room are relaxing.

The events for the fall season have been great. Staff are wonderful. The only issue for the apartment complex is the high sound transfer throughout the building. You can hear everything in the hallway and gates slammed in the stairwell.

I just moved into 14W and already love living here! The building, amenities, and events are great. The location is also perfect - there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a Metro all within a few blocks.

Just moved in so small sample size but want to say that the move-in process was extremely smooth and staff went out of their way to help out/make it less stressful. Unit was spotless when we arrived and maintenance was proactive about getting in touch just in case anything wasn't working properly (everything was)
