The apartment also features 24/7 video security guard monitoring for peace of mind. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high-top chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a 'Meet and Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing in the building to enhance its historic Boston elegance.
