The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed for ultimate comfort, a 65” flat-screen TV, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a skylight, a Juliet balcony, and in-unit laundry for hassle-free living. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 video security guard monitoring. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A Pack n' Play or high chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. Guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing in the building to enhance its historic Boston elegance, which may cause some noise. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions will be sent three days prior, including a navigational application guiding you directly to the property. Includes a dedicated workspace for remote work and fast, reliable commercial Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
