Welcome to the Fenway Suite at Destiny Lofts, a stunning bi-level townhouse in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay. This spacious unit comfortably sleeps six and seamlessly blends modern comfort with urban charm, offering the perfect retreat for both business and leisure. Pets are considered on a case by case basis and there is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $25 per night and is on a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lock out fee. A 'Meet and Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. A criminal background check is required for all guests over 18 years old. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing throughout the building and on the exterior to create historic Boston elegance.
