Large bedroom with Queen size bed and walk-in closet, open Living Room/ Dining Room. Lots of storage space in unit but no outside storage space for large items like kayaks etc. Kitchenette is new with granite countertops. Ideal for light food prep with two burner hot plate. (Microwave can be supplied, if desired.) Small refrigerator with separate freezer - you'll be surprised at how much it holds. We can supply dishes, silverware, pots/pans, linens, and towels if desired, for no extra charge. With everything furnished, you save money and time! Shared washer/dryer. Bathroom has combo shower/tub. Quiet, low/no conflict /drama, professional NON-smoking left leaning household in quiet professional neighborhood. Must have excellent credit, stable income, verifiable references. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY IF INTERESTED AS APPLICATION PAGE ON THIS SITE IS MALFUNCTIONING. On street parking.
