Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Free parking is available to all guests on the premises. Note that street parking is not allowed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29 per night fee will be applied. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. While you’re here, be sure to check out our culinary scene – it’s sure to impress. Here are a few must-see nearby attractions: The Houston Museum of Natural Science, Houston Zoo, Minute Maid Park, and exciting neighborhoods such as Midtown, Washington Avenue, and Montrose for great restaurants and lively bars. Smoking of any type is not allowed. Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events allowed. Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Rest assured, no cameras in any inside private areas. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. A laptop computer is not included.
