Live in Belmont with its amazing highly sought-after school systems and its close to everything location. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Waverly Station to take you anywhere in Boston, a 5 minute walk to Star Market, a 3 minute walk to bus stops on Trapelo Rd. Next to many parks, tennis courts, soccer fields, basketball courts as shown in the pictures. The apartment is the upper level of a two family house and includes half of a large basement for storage. Fantastic polite neighbor in the lower apartment, a professional job.The house has a small backyard where children can play safely. Separate hookups in the basement for each tenant. Off street space for 2 car tandem parking for each tenant as long as both cars do not block the sidewalk. Yard maintenance and water on apartment owner. Electricity on tenant. No gas or oil. 1 strong brand new (purchased summer of 2021) built-in window AC (12,000 BTU) is included and can cool the entire apartment during the day if the rooms are closed. We have small window AC's in the bedrooms (we bought them for $65 dollar each on market place). Baseboard electric heating.
