So here I am again writing another review due to how little the workers cared that I got my motorcycle stolen from behind my car. Along with my issue, they TRIED to steal another residents motorcycle the same time but were unsuccessful There are no cameras basically anywhere in here and they do not enforce security or anything. In the past month or two, two old ladies have had their basic wheels stolen. I am now of course dealing with my motorcycle. They don’t care clearly because after the first time items were stolen they have yet to still do anything about it. Don’t live here. This standards management has, sucks.

Overall it is located in a nice area and the community is nice as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the ameneties are not unkept. The pool area could use more maintenance and the grill area as well. The gym could definitely use a bit more work.

The apartment is located in a nice area with good amenities. The only issue is that management and maintenance can be improved. They mark the maintenance request as completed without verifying if it is actually completed or not.

Very calm apartment complex with many different locations at only a few minutes drive. The distance from the galleria, memorial, and Westheimer is perfect.

I have been at Woodway Square for approximately 20 years. Throughout this time, I have been pretty happy with the way requests have been handled. The office staff is great, and maintenance is responsive. The property is kept up and this area has everything within walking distance. It's a great location!

The move in was very smooth. I just wish we had more access to our place on the third floor when it came to moving our furniture, but other than that, everything has been amazing

I’ve been here at Woodway for about a week now and so far I’m loving it! It’s very clean and well kept up with as far as the landscaping and amenities. My personal apartment experience is great and I overall love my new home! The leasing office has great communication especially Daniela! My son and I love the courtyard and neighborhood in general it’s very pretty and quiet. The safety I feel is by far the best part because I love that it’s gated and only accessible for residents through their app!

10X Woodway Square is a great place to live. I would recommend living here to any friend. Amenities and apartments are a little bit older but the neighborhood is fantastic and the price can't be beat. The layouts are practical, parking is always available. Maintenance is quick and responsive. You get a lot of amenities that are decently cared for when living here - tennis counts, dog park, walking paths, 2 pools (that are not always well maintained but good enough), a good but small gym. The leasing office staff is great - they put on lots of events and keep things very upbeat. I have enjoyed living here.

Woodway Square is one of the best apartment communities in the area. I have lived here close to 20 years and I have no complaints. The area is great, maintenance is responsive, office staff listens to you and will help you with any issue you may have, and there are a lot of amenities. You can't go wrong living here!

Close to everything, making it convenient to go wherever I need to go. Response time to any maintenance call has always been excellent! The maintenance people are always professional and courteous. Better than what I thought. I love my new space. Granted it’s on the top floor and I do prefer the 1st floor but I can’t complain too much. Can’t wait to go exploring when I am not working and making this my home.

I’ve had a great experience. Relocating out of state has had its up’s and down’s however the staff has been very understanding. My daughter and I are finally getting situated after a rocky start and I am so grateful for the complex staff across the board!

I really enjoy living at woodway, its peaceful and located in a good area. The park area is a nice thing, gives you the chance to go outdoors and enjoy nature. The pool is also great, specially during the hot days.

It’s been great it’s just when the concrete people were working in the steps it was hard to get to my vehicle. Even though that sucked the service has been amazing

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They handled my move-in request expediently. Alfonso, the maintenance guy for my section, is very knowledgeable about my apartment, and I can't say enough about Ms. Dianela. She a treasure.

Pool could use more cleaning and way better maintenance for the residents enjoyment and the gym could definitely be more useful if equipment was upgraded or simply kept up with and actually work.

Never have any issues besides the lack of communication when it comes to work orders. There may be an issue on why it’s taking long to complete a work order but neither the leasing office or maintenance will tell you. But they make sure they leave non payment of rent and contact you about that. But work orders they won’t it doesn’t make sense

been here two full years and plan on staying as long as I can. daniela is absolutely the best up front. the amenities here are super nice and I loveeeeee the pool

We enjoy living here! It’s so peaceful even though in the middle of the city it gives us peaceful vibes We love the ambience and atmosphere a lot! Maintenance staff is so supportive and helpful Leasing office staff is awesome

I love Woodway Square, especially the beautiful park, tennis and volleyball courts. The neighbors are friendly. Dog friendly community. Good communication with management.

Great place to live overall! It's hard to account for every neighbor you might have (in terms of noise level, etc.) and there have been some car tire/window breaking and shooting safety incidents but overall I feel safe living here. Apartment size is great, as is the balcony size and my cats love going out there. Allows netting so they don't fall off which is a tough find anywhere else. Lots of space to walk around with them outside as well.

Everyone was very patient with me as I navigated a life change and asked questions about moving in. Apartment is clean and laid out nicely. I feel safe with the parking and the access to 610 is quite easy for my commute.

It has been a good experience with the strong factors being the timely maintenance responses and grounds keeping which are huge concerns with larger apartment communities. The office staff are professional, yet very personal. This has played a major key in my renewal decisions

I have lived here 18 or 19 years, and I have to say that I love the area and the complex. Office staff is great, and Maintenance is responsive and efficient. The office is always having events that benefit the residents. I am very happy that I live here!

I have lived here for almost 4 years and have never stayed somewhere that had felt so much like home. Woodway is a hidden gem tucked in the city. It’s quiet and safe. I feel comfortable walking my dog at night here, which speaks volumes living in the city.

If I could give them a 0/10 I would. Initially it was a 5 star rating from me because I thought it was a huge upgrade from where I came from. I was SORELY MISTAKEN. I have put in over 15 maintenance requests in the 7 months I've been here. They claim to have an emergency maintenance line but guess what happens when you call…. thats right, NOTHING. The list of cons has definitely outweighed the pros. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

By far the worst property I have ever lived in. Was charged a move out fee for issues that I had put multiple maintenance request in for that were never addressed. Roaches and bugs everywhere.

Tires of the car get stolen at least one car every day. Management not taking any action neither they have cameras in parking. It seems like they don't care about it. No Camera at property except leasing office. If you want to lose your car tires please welcome.

Management is a joke. The leasing office staff is rude and generally unhelpful. Trash pick up is incredibly inconsistent (and you can’t opt out - even though Valet Living uses any excuse to not pick up your trash). Crime is on the rise and the management company refused to do anything about it. Two cars had all of their tires stolen and the management company refused to upgrade cameras, add security or do anything. They didn’t even notify the residents about what happened. They only say, “crime happens everywhere. We will reevaluate at the end of the year.” Plus, the units are ugly. Save your time, money, and sanity.

This is the worst place I have ever lived at. They do not care about their residents, their management is BEYOND TRASH!!!! Even with new management coming in this month, they’re trash. I literally hate being here and I’ve been here for only 4 months. What ever y’all do, don’t stay here
