This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. Great amenities await you, including a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, complimentary coffee, and a community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. This is an ADA/handicap accessible unit with a dedicated handicapped parking spot. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed, as the apartment is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
