About 100 Peterborough St Boston, MA 02215
Hello, I have 1 room available for September 1st (or earlier) move in, in a two-bedroom one bath condo. Rent is 1,600/person a month and includes heat and hot water. Electric averages about 30/person a month. The condo has bamboo floors granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There is an elevator in the building along with laundry on every floor (which takes credit card as well as quarters). There is a garage under the building. The building is close to the B,C,D, and E lines. It's about a 5-minute walk to the Fenway D Line T stop, and about 10 minutes to Kenmore. The 55 bus stops right across the street. Northeastern, Wentworth, MassArt, Simmons, Emmanuel, Boston University, and Harvard law are all a close walk away. Harvard Vanguard, Beth Israel Deaconess, and Longwood Medical Center, are about a 5-minute walk. Landmark Center is across the street, with target and great restaurants nearby. Feel free to email if you want to stop by to check out the place or have any questions. Jordan

Tree-filled, historic, and packed with educational opportunity, there's no other neighborhood quite like Fenway. The neighborhood may be most well-known for its titular attraction, Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. However, the area is also renowned for its sprawling greenspace. The name "Fenway" refers to the neighborhood’s lush parkway and tree-filled paths that wind lazily through the area, forming part of Frederick Law Olmsted’s “Emerald Necklace Plan” (a chain of parks throughout Boston). The Fenway opened in 1876, and its route includes the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Steward Gardner Museum.
