Not bad for a basement
The apartment has large rooms, a pretty large kitchen area, and two bathrooms. It is conveniently located between a 57 bus stop and the green line near Harvard Ave. There are lots of restaurants around and a gym not so far away. The one issue I have with the apartment is that during the winter the entrance gets blocked by snow and it is impossible not to drag snow inside.
