Living at Carrington Place Apartments has been an absolute joy since day one. The people here, like Daniel, Kimberly, Neslie, and the maintenance team to my neighbors, have made it feel like a real community. There are always events and get-togethers happening, making it easy to meet new people and feel like you belong. The place itself is always so well-kept. The grounds are beautiful, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. It's refreshing to come home to such a well-maintained environment. As for the apartments, they're fantastic. They're spacious, modern, and have everything you need to feel comfortable. I love the attention to detail, from the stylish finishes to the thoughtful amenities. And having access to things like the gym and pool is a nice bonus. My favorite amenity is their clubhouse. It has a game room and a business center. It’s just so gorgeous! In summary, Carrington Place Apartments is a wonderful place to live, with a welcoming community, beautiful surroundings, and great amenities. The only thing I have disliked is using a portal to set up direct billing instead of using office personnel.
I highly recommend this property because the privacy, good parking, and maintenance is very quick.
The hallway stink with trash when we walk out; It smells like a dead animal. It' embarrassing when company comes over.
Have not moved in quite yet but it looks clean staff very friendly and the environment looks great

We are also working closely with our local police. We have seen great improvements and fewer incidents since they have been contracted on. The maintenance personnel was very courteous and personable. He completed the work with work with confidence and in a timely manner.
Effort is all a person can ask for. I have seen that today!
The amount I pay is the same as renting a 3 bedroom house or paying mortgage
I love my new apartment so much. I don’t think I could have made a better choice.
I recommend for the price and Area. Staff is prompt and courtesy is always present.

I like the security the safety the quietness nobody hanging out drinking beer all over the parking lots and I feel like my grandkids are in a safe place when they visit

The apartment itself is great. I had an issue when they changed staff and I kept getting different answers from staff regarding the same question so it was a little confusing. The office used to offer so much fun stuff for the kids and when management changed they quit doing that stuff. So my feelings towards this complex did change alot as i used to really love it and be excited to be there and the staff was so friendly and towards the end it was more of just a place i rented but pretty much without anything to look forward to. But honestly if I had to go back to an apartment I would choose here just because the apartments are good for what you pretty much pay until renewal time and if you dont bother staff the staff doesnt bother you and you just go on about your business

I would recommend this apartment community because I've lived here for several years now; I like it here...I've always felt comfortable with the office staff. I have not had a chance to meet the new staff, I've gone in a few times, they seem stand-offish, no small talk or friendliness. I am an advocate for GREAT customer service. Laura is a gem, Omar is a gem! I don't know anyone else...I wish you would put the car wash back. Overall living here is nice. I may be moving next year; just because I think that I've outgrown the apartment.
I recommend this apartment community because the office personal is nice and friendly and the maintenance is good.
the community seem to be really qiet the amenities are wonderful and its very clean.
You guys are great! Honestly, my only issues have been with upper management and their lack of professionalism in emails. Everyone working in the lobby and package room and maintenance staff has been wonderful!
Been living at Carrington Place for about four years now and the community is peaceful, neighbors are quite, pet friendly, very very nice office management, maintenances gets done fast, very safe, and very affordable but ummm if you haven’t got the clue yet I guess you can say I’m more than satisfied with these apartments. I’m only moving because I’m getting a house.

This apartment complex is surrounded by all of the major retailers, Target, Walmart, Academy...as well as Panda Express, Burger King, Egg & I....super convenient

I've lived here for four years; I love it! I wish I could afford to move into a 3 bedroom. I like all of the office personnel, and Omar is the greatest maintenance guy ever!
The manager in front office of very professional very courteous and friendly the property is well maintained most of my maintenance problems will corrected just still concerned about the burning smell or sent that I'm smelling near the AC unit in the apartment

I loved living at this community the only reason I left was because it was a far drive from my work
I would recommend this community because it appears to be a clean and well maintained property.
It is a very nice apartment complex. The staff has always been so friendly and helped every time I've had a question. I've never had any issues with neighbors, for the most part it's always quiet.
It took me nearly 4 months to get my ice maker fixed in my refrigerator after placing my initial request. 3 requests later and 2 in person visits and I finally got it fixed in January 2018. To my knowledge the ice maker never worked. But I am glad that it was finally fixed. My only issue thus far.
Seems like more and more you all are letting anybody stay here. I cant sit in my car without someone making unwanted advances at me. Also, the trash on the grounds and in the parking lot is a serious problem. I have witnessed kids and adults take trash to the dumpster only to set it outside of the dumpster. Please enforce some type of rules to stop this.
I would recommend this apartment community because it is "tenant focused". The management is on top of all tenant concerns good or bad. The staff is friendly and approachable and the community grounds are always well kempt.

Carrington is just a great home overall and I would definitely recommend to whomever is looking for a new home.
It is a very decent place to live it's close to the interstate it's close to the stores, it's up to date. There needs to be storage there is no storage area in the apartments in the units and I guess unless you get a garage all of my moving tubs I had to get rid of because I had no place to store them.
We are current residents at this apartment. Their Service is the worst. Our AC is broken every other week. The repair is always ineffective.
It's a lovely community. I swore I would never live in another apartment because the walls were thin & i could hear everything my neighbors did,& I do mean everything! & I haven't lived in one in about 30 yrs. But to my surprise it's very quite I can't hear my neighbors through my walls. The grounds are very well kept & beautiful! The office staff are all very nice &friendly & very helpful. I give this place a 1
The community is peaceful and the front office staff has been friendly and responsive. I didn't give it a 10 however because many of the items requested for service should have been noticeable and completed prior to move in.
