Rated 3 out of 5?by Medicci Nobad for the money $$$ the place is located close to the downtown of Frisco,no to much traffic so is no i noisy place, the apartment are old and they need to be update in the kitchen area furniture and appliances, also the bathroom need a update too the bath tubes are old and and need to be replaced also the the base board are in really bad condition, the size of the apartment is good for the price and the location, the outside of the building look clean and the landscape look good, but they need to change all the appliances in the kitchen and do a full remodelation in the bathroom .the lady that work in the office is nice and very kind , but the manager is a bad person with no costumer service and no manners .
