I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication here. Despite my repeated attempts to get information about a unit, I received only automated responses that did not address my questions. When I called, the representative was rude and did not provide helpful answers. Unfortunately, due to this experience, my friends and I have decided not to consider renting here. Please improve your communication, as it's a shame to see such a nice property suffer due to this issue.

Guys, I am telling you, this crime rate at this place is outrageous. Cars continuously broken into, cars stolen, people will jiggle your door handles to see if your door is locked (regardless of floor). There have been multiple domestic disputes, personally heard and witnessed, and the property is filthy. Inside of the units are spacious but your kitchen will fall apart, the HVAC intake sounds like a plane is taking off (you will literally have to adjust the volume on your TV to hear it), and the fans in the restrooms sound like lawn mowers when on. The secondary bedroom does not come with a light or fan, and they expect you to purchase one and install yourself. All the door open into each other which is very inconvenient. If you value your safety and mental health, please, look elsewhere.

I lived in Zerzura from May 2019 to August 2021 and I cannot emphasize how bad of a community and how poorly managed the property is. To start, there are no security cameras on the property. Multiple cars are stolen from the lot, someone was unlocking the USPS mailboxes at night, there is trash and dog poop EVERYWHERE. As to management they are disrespectful and largely unhelpful. On several occasions the onsite manager was hiding in her office refusing to talk to residents. Do not expect a response unless you are willing to take a minor issue up the corporate ladder. In the summer the pool is overrun with people who do not live in the community, you can expect to pay for amenities that you don't get to utilize. By our move out the domestic violence and presence of guns was out of control. I spoke to a police officer who stated "if you were my sister I would not let you live here". In one instance someone shot off a balcony at someone and hit several cars in the lot. This used to a wonderful community but towards the of our lease I was genuinely afraid to let my dog out at night. I also witnessed two different instances of people on the hood of a car screaming at the driving while the car was leaving. Honestly, maintenance is a wonderful team who is very responsive and respectful, they are the only part of the community that is worth the STEEP rent. Also, if you live on the first or second floor they have removed all the carpeting on the upper floors so you can expect to hear every footstep and phone call. I really wish I had gotten an honest review of the place before I moved in.

I think the property is absolutely stunning and I have met some nice neighbors. But the air conditioning in the apartment is so loud and obnoxious. At first it was loud and buzzed but maintenance fixed the buzzing noise, thankfully but it’s still loud! I work from home so I have to turn the air off sometimes just so I can talk to clients on the phone and don’t even think about watching tv and having the air on. If someone talks to me from the living room and I’m in the kitchen, we can’t hear each other over the air. It’s so annoying and I dread having it on but it’s Vegas so I have to have it ?? I also spent way too much money on brighter lightbulbs because the unit is so dark! The ceiling lights in my master and bedroom are no brighter than a night light, they are useless. So I would not stay here longer than my lease for just those reasons.

One of the worst places to live in Vegas. The community may look nice but the people living there and the Managament are just horrible. Our car has been vandalized and our apartment has been egged. Managament did and has done nothing to help nor fix the situation. There is no security there are no cameras. Basically anyone can do anything in the community and get away with it. It feels like I’m living in a zoo. Anyone looking into this community you are warned.

ZerZura is going down hill. The management here is the absolute worse I have ever experienced. They are worthless and do absolutely nothing for their residents. They also keep taking away amenities. This place is not a luxury apartment, not even close. Prices keeps going up and the place keeps going down. You’re money would be better spent elsewhere.

I first fell in love with this place because of the slick look, both of the common areas and the apartments themselves. I've been living here for two years now and I can honestly say when my lease is up this time I will be looking forward to moving somewhere else. Management and property staff fall into one of two categories; they are either too lazy to care about your needs or they are just downright rude. A few fit into both. I've been fortunate to only have to deal with them directly a handful of times but each time has been a bad experience. Even though everything looks nice, a lot of it is cheap and falls apart. You're basically moving into an apartment brought to you by IKEA. Requests for routine maintenance services like replacing tube lighting in the bathrooms or addressing issues with hot water have been ignored. If you do have an issue pick ONE PERSON to talk to in the office. Different people will tell you different things and make different promises, and apparently they don't communicate as a staff because nobody ever knows about what's been going on if you've talked to someone else. But then you have to hope that person hasn't quit or been fired since this place has a huge turn around with their front desk staff. Also, one of the biggest problems in the two years I've been here has been mail and package theft. Things just go missing or a carrier says something was delivered to the office, parcel lockers, or mailbox but nobody knows anything. This has been a huge problem for me since I have a chronic illness. I work from home and don't get out much, so I do most of my shopping online but then have to spend several days trying to track down packages, so it's become a nightmare. All that said the UPSIDE is that this place is very conveniently located and does have a lot of amenities that are pretty nice. As someone that relocated here from SoCal the prices are good (not great), and for the most part in my part of the property I've never had issues with vandalism or noise but apparently in other areas that's a regular issue.

Terrible!! We Moved out in November. I lived there with my 3 year old and my brother. When we moved out we cleaned the apartment and asked the ladies at the front desk if we need to get the carpets cleaned. They said NO that they have a professional carpet cleaning company. Well one month later they call us saying we have a balance of $1900 and that they had to replace the carpet due to severe pet damage. We never had any pets!!! In fact while I was living there I was bit by the neighbors bulldog!!! Back to my point, Instead of giving us an opportunity to try and pay for carpet cleaning ourselves or resolve the issue they automatically replaced the entire carpet and sent us the bill. After several attempts to email the property manager and get a resolution or an explanation to why they did that, the only response we got was from a collection agency. Highly unprofessional. The office staff has no idea what they are doing or what's going on. Elysian West will be looking at a civil law suit. Glad we took plenty of photos before we moved out.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not because of its locations, amenities and more, but their customer service and management are beyond horrendous and above all negligent. After my husband and I paid the deposit, selected the apartment and everything was ready to go we decided to go back twice to see the layout and go furniture shopping. For our surprise after I ask her if she needed anything else, she replied that everything was good to go. A week later I receive a call that they decided to allow the current tenants to stay and so the apartment we selected was no longer available. Nothing else in the whole community was available on the first floor and I specifically selected that apartment because I have a knee injury. I asked for a refund on the deposit and application fee considering they broke their own contract by allowing the tenants to stay and it’s been nothing but a hassle. It’s been over three months and since now they have a new manager everything’s in the air and there’s nothing they can do. In short, dealing with the managers at the leasing office is nothing short of a headache and if you’re renting just triple check is the apartment will really be available or not.
This Place is Amazing...!!!! I mean, as they say "You get what you pay for". You are truly getting what you pay for. Everything you can expect in an Apartment environment outside of being in a house. The amenities, the staff, the services, the living spaces, etc. , et., etc. If you have not checked out this place, "GO DO IT"..!!! You will fall in Love with it. The best Apartments in Town if you ask me.......!!!!!
