I am so glad I stumbled upon Zella Apartments. There are a lot of nice, newer apartment buildings in Seattle, but the helpful and patient staff was that extra draw to convert me to a resident. As someone relocating from out of state, they answered all my questions and provided more care than I couldve asked for; everyone is readily available and happy to assist. The quality and cleanliness of the building, units, and amenities are also really appreciated. The sophisticated delivery system is a huge bonus that relieves any stress for expected packages. Storage lockers throughout the resident floors are another smart, amazing feature. I couldnt be happier living here!

I have really enjoyed living at Zella! The rooftop view is amazing and the small gym is a great bonus! I love having washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment! The rooms look nice and property is well managed! Would highly recommend living here!

Living at Zella has been really satisfying till now. Location is great. Seattle center is just round the corner that hosts a lot event every weekend. Bus connectivity is also excellent. Management is also very friendly and host lots of community events.

I've lived at Zella for 3 weeks and so far it has been great! The location is great and views from the roof are amazing! We love having washer and dryer in unit as well as a dish washer. We also love having a small gym on the property. We never seem to hear our neighbors and noise outside the apartment is pretty minimal as well. The staff does a great job of addressing any issues and keeping the property functioning well!

Zella has been an incredible place to live in, between how beautiful the design is, the cleanliness, the location, the amenities, the layout and how wonderful the front office is, it really has been a great place to live. The property management is constantly working to create a great environment and a sense of community and is very good about handling issues in a timely manner, its really appreciated. I could go on but essentially its simply a great place to live, really elegant but with the comfort feeling of home.

If you're looking for a more low-key living space compared to Downtown Seattle, there aren't a lot of other places that can beat Zella in terms of location. Staff have been helpful and the overall experience has been good.

Zella is a beautiful new building with great finishes in the apartments. All the apartments have great light and floor to ceiling windows to make the space feel larger. The views from the rooftop are amazing of the Space needle, Elliott Bay, and Queen Anne. The management is always very friendly and stops to talk time and my dog to make us feel informed and welcome.

I moved in about a week ago sight unseen. The ladies at the office are lovely and made the process of moving in quick and easy. The rooftop view has the water, Mt. Rainer, Mountains, and the Space Needle. The interior is well designed. I hope to stay as long as Seattle wants me.

So glad that I was able to find Zella. As someone moving from across the country it was hard to apartment hunt, but once I found Zella I knew this was it. The leasing agent that helped me throughout the process is so nice, patient, and understanding. I dont think everybody would take the time she did to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment is well-designed and the response time is very quick to for any concerns. Overall very satisfied!
