Air Conditioned Fiter changed Mark came into our apartment to change the Air-conditioned Filter. He was not only plesant and nice. Mark handled the job professional
Management I love living at Winterhaven. The only complaint I have is the management and maintenance could be more attentive and responsive to the tenants complaints and concerns.
Maintenance It takes maintenance a long time to get to the problem when there is one. Other than that everything else is fine.
Awesome!!!! Overall I've been a resident at Winter Haven Senior apartments and I'm very pleased with my experience here. The staff and maintenance takes care of my needs when I request.
Smoke detector beeping. Smoke detector needed battery. Constantly. Beeping. Reported it to office on Saturday morning of a long weekend. Battery was replaced within an hour. Thanks for a quick response.
Amenities are great for seniors. Elevators much needed. Clean. Helpwith shopping such an added benefit.
As a senior I would recommend to seniors Just enough room
I've had other maintenance calls that have been completed. The ladies in the office are friendly and knowledgeable.
Love the unit size, location and quiet community. With the exception of gas and electric, all other charges should be part of monthly rent.
just missing gym equip which i knew when i moved here. and an adequately heated pool. otherwise very happy with my apt.
convenient location but kinda of pricey for what you get
My only issue is the rent increase otherwise I am happy with the place. I am just hoping that I dont have to move out due to the high rent!
All management and staff at Ativa Winterhaven go above and beyond for their Residents to make sure we're happy.
A good place to call home
I recently had my car stolen I called the office On a Sunday told them about it and they laughingly said that it would be hard to write a work order for such a large item I told them that I thought they would be interested and they told me to call the police not very professional and yes I had already called the police

I love living here at a Attiva Winterhaven. Christine and Bo are the nicest people and Are always looking to help you. Everyone here is so friendly and I feel so secure here.
The tunnels are terrible. The floors and walls have to be brighter. Also all cement is awful. Power washing doesnt seem to be enough. Thank you for asking.
I thoroughly enjoy living here, despite any little "problems " there may be. No place is Perfect, No One is Perfect. Live life to the fullest! Be thankful for each day that you have!

I love the idea, when something is wrong, I dont have to have it taken care of, just make a call.

Feels like home
This is a wonderful community which is managed by a caring staff. Christine is the manager who always goes the extra mile for anyone who has a problem. She is caring and always has a smile,kind word and even a hug for the residents who reside here. There are many different amenities offered and everyone is encouraged to participate in the various activities that vary from day to day in the clubhouse.
It is a wonderful and quiet place to live.
I am very content to be living here. It's extremely convenient to medical facilities, and shopping. Overall, the residents get along well with each and staff. We enjoy the social hours amid much laughter. The community is small enough to know many people. It's a great place!
I have resided at Attiva Winterhaven for only 8 months which have been enjoyable because they have residents that care about and watch out for each other and participate in the different amenities offered.Christine,the manager,goes out of her way to make sure the resident's needs are taken care of and listens to their concerns.
The rental special is great, but enter at your own risk. Several break ins are happening at this community. No security and no cameras. Dont feel safe in this type of living life style. Do your research and find your place that works for you.

I have met some of my neighbors and they are welcoming,friendly and helpful. I enjoy the activities that are offered and the office personnel are friendly and caring. I am feeling positive that I will enjoy living in this complex.
