I can't believe what we're paying to live here. The complex is constantly filthy, and management clearly couldn't care less. They take our ridiculously high rent and give us absolutely nothing in return—no cleanliness, no communication, nothing. It honestly feels like a total scam.

Windsor Republic feels like a 5 star resort, I'm so glad that I moved from Florida’s to this place, in Florida I thought I’d never be able to live in a place this beautiful …if I have to move out it would be to get closer to my job and avoid rush hour traffic.

Windsor Republic is calm and very beautiful apartment, this place excellent amenities like modern gym , big swimming pool. All the units are brand new with brand new kitchen cabinets, electrical units.

What is not to love? Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, tons of things to do within a 10 min. drive, downtown is only 20 min. away (outside of peak traffic hours), a lot of really great restaurants on Parmer Lane, multiple gas stations and HEB's are close by! The front office and maintenance team are exceptional when it comes to customer service and timeliness to responses/work orders.

This apartment complex is clean, quiet, and truly a luxury living experience. Some apartments claim to be luxury by slapping on some white paint and marble countertops. The Windsor Republic Apartments are truly luxurious from the amenities to the living spaces.
I assure you Windsor Place is one of the best decisions I have ever made regarding housing. It’s really a perfect community for me. I have had few friends and family visited me and they testified to that. It’s Neat , Ouiet, the management quick and prompt and Professional. The maintenance team quick response is second to none. I love it in this place.
Ruben from maintenance is so great and helpful. He has done at least 10 maintenance tasks on my apartment and he is always prompt to get them done and also very friendly. I have been living here for last 4 months. Maintenance is great. Had some problem with microwave today and Ruben swapped it with a new one within 10 mins. Most other places will make you wait at least a week to fix something let alone replace.
Based on my time here, maintenance makes it a point to service their work orders immediately. Never have I ever, in my apartment living experience, have seen quick services made. This is what I value the most when my living space is not running to be expected, your time to resolve is immaculate. Thank you!

The apartment seemed great at first till we moved in. We realized we are living with a hornets nest. We complained everywhere and still nothing has been done. They even got inside the house and it was very scary! Moreover, they decreased the rent prices by 400$ just after we moved in. It made us feel terrible that we are overpaying substantially. We went to the leasing office if they could at least provide us with garages to compensate for this but didn’t look like an effort was made

We recently moved from a 1bhk to a 2bhk in this community, and I highly recommend not to consider this community for couple of reasons! The management charged us for absurd reasons - deordorizing treatment for the apartment, stating we had curry odour on the walls. What does that even mean! Aren’t people supposed to cook here? Along with cleaning charges for a perfectly clean apartment. We made the mistake of signing a 13 month lease. We can’t wait to move from this community. On top of that, the entrance/exit gates have been broken for a month now and the management has done nothing to fix this. The maintenance here is super slow, they never show up unless you put in an emergency request. They have no concern for the safety and security of their residents
Personally, I really appreciate the maintenance team, since my stay at Windsor Republic I have never received anything but excellent service from that team.
Pool gates are always locked which means you have to walk around the entire perimeter to access. Because of this it’s also really hard to access the gym quickly. Really not convenient. Lots of noise from upstairs neighbors late at night from music, to vacuuming and stomping. Apartment has said they will address and let me know the outcome, at first communication was great but now I am being ghosted.
First couple weeks were great until I discovered the cockroach infestation in my new clean home, I was put on the “pest log” but nothing has been done so far to help fix the problem. I am devastated.
Maintenance staff is phenomenal. always so kind. Windsor Republic gave me the best experience for living in my first apartment. I loved that they take initiative on customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Windsor Republic to anyone in need for a place.

It is a great community. what I like about this place is the general upkeep but most importantly how responsive the staff are. I have found Cloe at the front office and Reuben from the maintenance staff to be very efficient and helpful.
I have loved my time here. They have been courteous and treated me like a person and not just a number in their complex. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live with a great staff.

Property appearance is beautiful, the gym is top notch, the pool is amazing, the office is always helpful and welcoming. But the maintenance staff is what stands out the most for me, always taking care of any need I may have. fast, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always on top of it, with a smile too. I love Republic Place and the family feel it gives me and I'm looking forward to staying for many years to come.
Chloe and Kristen were amazing with all of my concerns and questions. I mainly worked with Chloe and Kristen stepped in when Chloe was off. Steven also was very helpful the 2 times I spoke with him. The whole leasing dept is very professional and I cannot say enough great things about them.
maintenance will immediately close tickets without comment or update, which is not a problem if they eventually arrive and perform the work but most tickets recently have to be opened multiple times over several days before maintenance actually performs the work
My move-in experience was pretty seamless. The leasing office did a great job answering my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. The maintenance staff was quick to resolve the minor issues I had with the apartment (outlet replacement, shower cleaning....etc) in less than 24 hours. Overall good experience.
We would like to thank Kristin for making the transition to out new apartment a great one. She always responds promptly to any of our questions, has been friendly and professional, and welcomed us warmly. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly as well. We are very happy to have Windsor be our new home!
The lovely ladies in the office are very welcoming and kind, and happy to help. However I picked up my keys a little less than a month before I physically moved in, and had a few items on my list I would have liked to be taken care of, but none of them appeared to be completed, minus the quick cleaning items I requested. Overall the move in process was fairly easy, and the apartment is in fairly good condition considering they aren't brand new.
We have had no issues at Windsor. We feel safe here .

I love living at Windsor! The community is always so nice to each other and the front desk is very helpful. I do wish that the pricing was more competitive because I do not think the amenities (lack of storage, faux wood floors, low counters, 48 hour response to work orders) are worthy of an above average rent.
Kristen was wonderful during the entire leasing process - from initial inquiry to the signing of the lease and finally on the move-in day. I looked at many apartments but after looking at pictures/videos/internet comments/Kristen's help, we were glad we chose to live here in Windsor Republic Place. The corner unit is very nice. It's spacious and bright. It's very clean around the community. We love the Amazon hub. The front office is also very accomodating when receiving some of our deliveries. The maintenance team is very fast. They came after the day of move-in to fix the faucet. Even though we have to pay a little for garbage pick-up, it's a very good idea. It keeps the garbage collection organized. Thus, keeping the surroundings clean. Overall, we love it here.
Great experience overall. Thus far, rental increases have been reasonable - continuing to reward longer-term residents in the future would be appreciated. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Amazon Hub is a major plus for me. Community appearance is maintained well.
It is one of the best apartment complexes in Austin with excellent maintenance and staff services. The view from my 2nd floor balcony of the large pool and palm trees makes me feel like I am on vacation in some exotic destination. The only reason I am leaving is to be nearer my family in Round Rock and to have a place where I can interact with more residents over 55.
The Windsor on W Parmer is very clean and well maintained. There are a lot of dogs on the property but it is still fairly quiet. Working form home is easy with minimum interruptions from daytime noise. The nights are quiet and peaceful. The service team is really good. I have not had any major issues and appreciate that fact. I like the location for driving but it is not a "walkable" area. You have to drive to all conveniences. It is close to Apple and Oracle for easy walking commute to the campuses. Overall great apartment if you are transitioning to Austin.
The property is always so clean, the amenities are always on point, the maintenance staff is always so professional, courteous, and always so helpful. The best I've had in 20 years of apartment living. I can't say enough about how great the staff is and how fortunate I feel to call Republic Place my home.
My experience at the community has been nothing short of great. Very quiet area, which I appreciate as I am working from home at the moment, fantastic amenities and friendly residents/staff.
Maintenance always does their best to resolve the issues quickly and to satisfaction.
