An attractive and well-maintained facility with a great location in the White Rock Lake area. It is set back from mainstream traffic, but close enough to retail shopping for convenience. It is within walking distance of White Rock Lake with a conveniently located security access gate.

My experience living at here goes back over 14 years when I moved here after down-sizing & a divorce to be close to friends & the lake. Moved away briefly when I got remarried but missed the lake/cycle community so much, that new husband & I moved back to this area & of course, chose to stay at Windsor White Rock because I had such a positive experience here when I was single. We are at the lake almost everyday and then come home and relax watching the sunset and the lights of Dallas skyline from our living room. Perfect apartment for two people and very friendly and helpful staff. Now, after 11 years here in the smallest 1 bedroom apartment, we are choosing to upsize to the largest apartment to accommodate our kids, their spouses, & grandkids when they visit. We would never go back to owning our on homes. Shelly & the Leasing & Maintenance staff do a wonderful job of meeting our needs. I recommend living here at window at White Rock Lake to everyone!

Windsor on White Rock Lake is a highly regarded apartment complex that offers a picturesque lakeside location in Dallas. The maintenance staff work very hard to keep the property well-maintained. Windsor on White Rock Lake features scenic views of White Rock Lake, great trails and lots of beautiful nature, that makes this property a great location for those that enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle like I do. I appreciate the convenient location, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, Lower Greenville, Downtown Dallas and Deep Ellum. Other than the bulk item dumpster that has been parked outside of my apartment complex for almost a year now I have no complaints. I just wish they’d move the dumpster since it takes up 4-5 parking spots

I have had such a positive experience here! The people in the office and the maintenance crew are all friendly and helpful. The grounds are so beautiful. The pool and outdoor space is incredible- I spend so much time there (there's even a fair amount of shade in the summer!). So many people are out and about walking their dogs - very "homey" feel. And, of course, I love accessing the lake by just walking out the gate!

We enjoy living in the “park like setting of Windsor on White Rock Lake”. There’s walking trails to the park, easy access to the Arboretum, and plenty of room to walk your pets. We’re close to Grocery stores, and good restaurants. The administrative staff and maintenance staff are really accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It’s a friendly community with a nice mix of age groups.

Compared to other apartments I’m familiar with in East Dallas, the Windsor on White Rock Lake is by far the best I’ve ever leased with. The Windsor is well-managed, clean and beautifully laid out on a campus that includes green space, an outdoor tennis/pickle ball court, beautiful pool and grilling area, an indoor basketball court, and a fitness center that rivals any private gym I know of. The management staff are friendly, efficient and caring. The maintenance staff are stand-outs. All of this combined with residents who wave to each other and speak to each other. As an older resident, I especially value the mix of age and race. Older people as well as young people, some with families. Apartment complexes routinely advertise themselves as “communities.” The Windsor on White Rock Lake lives up to that term in many ways. Happy to call the Windsor on White Rock Lake my home!

Lovely area, friendly environment and peaceful surroundings.
Windsor is a great place to live. The lake is your backyard. Staff is friendly and reliable. Apartments are well maintained. If I could I would buy my apartment! That is not an option though. I definitely recommend community!

While the mail room could be better, the amenities and staff including the office and maintenance guys are extremely nice.
I have enjoyed living at Windsor at White Rock so far. The community is quiet (which I value highly), and residents are friendly. The lake and park access is a great feature.
This is a great place to live if you can use the maintenance people who live here rather than calling for help off-site. Calling in problems away from where I live at Wonderful Windsor is an issue. When I can simply walk to the office and tell them what’s happening, it’s great. Good staff right here who helps resident’s quickly, not on the phone off site.
I always get speedy service when I put in a work request at Windsor. Very pleased. The staff is very nice.
This is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, there’s easy access to the lake and we are very close to the Arboretum, good restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciate all the staff too, as they are friendly and responsive. The entire complex has the feel of a little community.

The maintenance personnel are highly responsive to any issues that arise. They are very quick to resolve the problem and are extremely courteous and professional.
I have lived here from 2003 and love it! All the maintenance personnel are wonderful as well as the entire leasing office staff! Thrilled to be on ground floor due to Parkinson’s. My cat loves to look outside all day. Serene vie of Emerald Isle, lake, downtown skyline!
It’s a beautiful community on the white rock trail. I love the community and can’t wait to use the amenities such as the beautiful pool and gym.

Windsor is a pleasant place to live. Always quiet, peaceful and has a feeling of a vacation spot. The apt staff and other residents are good people, and the apartment itself has nice details and comfortable essence.
