I've really enjoy living in this apartment community! One of the best things is neat well-kept common areas. The location is also a major plus—it's convenient and accessible. Great service team and staff! Azzaria was multitasking and linked me with the Service Manager to address my issues. Her attention to my concerns and her efforts to resolve my issues impressed me. I knew I was in good hands..she immediately worked up my issues in a ticket and made sure I was a priority. She was holding down the office while others were on vacation and saw me impromptu between clients. She really acted as a seasoned vet and reflected great credit on the property management team. She handled all of my concerns with confidence while multitasking her other responsibilities. Furthermore, The service manager made calls on the spot to resolve my issues and took time to listen to me. He made sure that an agreeable plan was put in place to resolve my issues. He called his tech and explained the situation and made sure I was seen by close of business the same day. They both went above and beyond while short-staffed and during the holiday season. I toured every apartment complex within a 2 mile radius of Windsor Encore. The other complexes cost the same while being further from the interstate, having less natural light, and being overall not nearly as new/nice. This is the best complex in the Battery area, while not having to deal with the battery noise and gameday traffic.

The Encore is my first apartment in the Atlanta area. I was referred by a friend who has loved their time here. I was immediately met by a welcoming and extremely helpful leasing team. I was walked through every detail of the property, even in the lease. I felt that the process was very transparent. The property itself is very well maintained and I have always felt safe on the property. The only negative thing is that I am still waiting to have a plumbing issue addressed. Other than that maintenance has been quick. I love living here and will likely renew when my lease is up!

I recently received a survey regarding my experience living at my apartment complex, The Windsor, in Cobb. While I appreciate the vibrant dining and entertainment options in the area, I have serious concerns about how management has managed the cleanliness of the premises. The hallways and stairwells have not been consistently cleaned during my time here, and I've encountered issues with roaches, which is quite alarming given the rent we pay. This problem seems tied to trash being left in the hallways, contributing to a growing rodent issue. Additionally, I was disappointed with how management handled a late payment while I was stranded in the Cayman Islands during Hurricane Beryl. Despite my request to waive the late fee, it was denied, which felt unsympathetic and unhelpful toward tenants who always pay on time. Overall, the most pressing issue is the poor condition of the building. I often hesitate to invite guests over due to the state of the garage, stairwells, and hallways. Although the hallways were cleaned this week, that level of cleanliness has not been consistent. Recap: Cleanliness Issues: Inconsistent cleaning of hallways and stairwells since moving in, leading to overall dissatisfaction with building conditions. Pest Problem: Regular encounters with roaches, which is unacceptable given the rent prices and attributed to trash being left in common areas. Rodent Concerns: Growing rodent problem linked to uncollected trash in hallways, posing a health and safety issue. Management Response to Late Payment: Lack of empathy from management regarding late fee waiver during an emergency situation (Hurricane Dorian) while I was stranded in the Cayman Islands. Inconsistent Maintenance: Recent cleaning in hallways does not reflect a consistent level of maintenance and care for the building. Social Implications: Poor conditions discourage inviting guests over, impacting my overall living experience. Lack of Tenant Support: Feeling unsupported by management, which undermines tenant morale who uphold their responsibilities.
I think that the Windsor Encore is a sad excuse for a "luxury apartment" community. You can get far nicer for the same price point. I had cockroaches in my unit upon move in, the unit was filthy and overall the community is not to the quality that I expected. The pool is nice, but that is all.
I’m loving my place it’s more then I expected and I’m very happy and excited about it.
Maintenance request was completed quickly when the intrusion alarm went off unexpectedly. The technician was super friendly even though it was early and on a holiday, he came quickly and solved the problem in no time. Thank you!
The maintenance team is top notch. Very good communication on whats going on and how it’s getting fixed.
Windsor Encore management is the only community that understand my situation and develop a solution for me.
Windsor has been an excellent experience in my brief time here! The facilities are very well managed and clean and the staff are approachable and friendly. Location is wonderful for easy access to the Battery and all sorts of other shops for those who love to walk around and explore
The apartment has large and small roaches. I’m sorry but I cannot recommend this complex. It needs to be updated with a paint job cleaning and cameras.

To many air bnb on property. Stairwells are dark and dirty. Hallway is dim with lights out. Halls are cleaned with a single mop bucket which often leaves a dingy smell.
This is the best apartment building in all of Atlanta! I am one of the luck 300 that get to call it home. I see why there is always a waitlist to move in! The service here is outstanding and has delayed me moving into a house because I can't imagine having to find folks like Windsor to keep my home up as they are one of kind.
The staff here are great and efficient. They made my transition smooth and easy. Also, everyone is so nice.

The staff at The Encore responded professionally, compassionately, and in a timely manner when my family was in a very tight and stressful spot. We found ourselves out of a place to live (through another company) just days before we were set to move in. I called The Encore, completed a virtual tour, applied, and we moved in all within one week. The care and respect they showed us was absolutely unmatched to any complex I have ever looked at. We felt seen and cared for; and as a couple with 2 small children and a dog, that was what we needed! We would recommend The Encore to absolutely anyone and everyone!
Property Manager is awesome and very responsive; however, some of the issues that I've experienced are way beyond her control. There are so many things broken with this community and quite obvious that the higher ups only wish to put band-aids over major problems. I regret moving here.
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this community. As paying resident I do not feel as if my issues are a concern to management. The unit I am in is far from what I expected due to the lack of completion prior to moving in.
Took weeks to get maintenance to fix an issue that was not addressed upon move in. Still have not received everything we should have.
Service team does a really great job. Keep up the great work.

Maintenance is great. It’s their managers that are falling short. We have been without AC for nearly 10 days. Terrible, TERRIBLE management and customer service.
It’s only be a few weeks so I think it’s too soon to say. But aside from being able to hear every footstep, conversation, music being played, phone ring and movement in the apartment above me, being called by the front desk because my neighbor below me didn’t like being able to hear me walk in my apartment in the morning and my terrible view, I would say it’s great so far. Aside from those things, I love this place and the people who work here are 10/10.
Ok for the price. I found my master bedroom window was open on move-in and the apartment took a long time to cool down, surprising for a non-summer month. Entire community smells like weed, guests do burnouts in the parking garage, gym equipment is not well maintained. Floors in my hallway are not kept very clean. Good location and the apartment itself is nice. Move-in was terrible as the loading dock was 100 yds from my apartment and non of the exterior doors swing the way you want or stay open as you try to move large items in.
So far I am enjoying my experience better day by day, Its a safe community, close to highway and shops. I save so much on gas because im not driving far for anything. Wish I had moved here sooner!!
Encore is the best apartment building in Atlanta based on the location and the view from the rooftop pool. Although I have the ability to buy a house, I can't beat the location and the easy access to so many parts of the city. Then considering the amazing staff, why would I ever leave! If repairs are needed (rare) they are done day of! And the staff in the office is always offer a smile and interesting conversation. Only way I will ever leave is if leave the state! Thank you so much to the Encore staff, you truly meet my needs everyday!
It took them since we moved in to finally see there were bugs and the sacs from those bugs in our refrigerator. Months of groceries going to waste dealing with it! Ball being dropped is an understatement. Even after being notified they still didn’t respond until well after New Year 2023! Front office staff is rude and the whole ordeal was and still is embarrassing! Guest over and there’s bugs in their drinks. Hopefully you all have a better staff to handle maintenance. All we see as residents are them smoking and breaking all the rules…all for the Assistant Property Manager to stand at my door and accuse me of doing what their own staff does! Very poor communication and a disregard to our overall health!
The Encore is a great and safe community to live in, which I completely appreciate. Safety is paramount during these times we live in. Management is accommodating and understanding of circumstances and even though it is a business and they’re about profit I believe they have the tenants best interests at heart as well.
Kevin and Tracy are great and always get my work Orders done in a speedy manner.
Location is great. Apartment is spacious and comfy. I love it. The amenities like picking up packages etc is state of the art. The security in the building also great!!
The Encore is a good place to live. Property management could do a better job with parking and enforce the rules. Also the hallways and stairwells are normally lined with trash and smell as well as trash in the parking lot. If trash receptacles were placed in various areas on the property residents will more than likely no throw garbage on the ground.
Overall, the apartments themselves are very nice. They are spacious and comfortable, with good modern fixtures as well. The location of the apartments is very good as well.
The staff is great! Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!
Awful community. Do not move here. No one in the office is nice or cares. They do not enforce community rules. It has become the hood where it seems literal gangsters now live here and it smells like weed all over. Can’t use the pool because it is always taken over by massive parties who are loud, obnoxious, dirty, and disrespectful. Management does not care. Worst complex I’ve ever moved to.
Any work requested has been promptly addressed. The people sent in response have all been courteous and knowledgeable about the problem. All good.
I love the community very friendly. Nice views, cool neighbors and everything else you’d want living luxury
The staff is very responsive and usually handles my requests right away. I absolutely appreciate them.
The maintenance personnel was courteous and knowledgeable of all areas of concern very please with the service
