I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and the maintenance here is amazing. I’ve never really had an issue with my home until this year with things such as my dryer or leaks or with my water heater etc. I wish I could do more to show my appreciation. My work schedule recently changed not allowing me to be home while they fix the issues I have and they are just so timely and considerate. I have a cat that is very very dear to me and although she hides when people she doesn’t know come in, I’m never scared that she’s gonna be harmed with maintenance or anything like that. My dryer wasn’t spinning and I didn’t realize they would have to replace the whole dryer. I wasn’t home and I should have been better at removing the clothes in the dryer first but they replaced my dryer and put all my clothes back in the dryer too! Small thing but very nice, they didn’t have to do that at all! It was my fault for leaving it in there. I hope they can see I appreciate them very much and am so sorry to bother them with small things my home needs fixing lately.

Windsor Castle Hills is a great place to live but still has its drawbacks. Residents play loud music. Maintenance requests take more than one visit to complete. I don’t even know if my last maintenance request was completed to my satisfaction. I have to try one more setting on my dishwasher.

I have lived at Windsor Castle Hills community apartments almost 2 years. I have truly enjoyed living here and calling this community my home. The location of the apartments has easy access to Highway 121 (north of Josey) and to the Dallas Tollway heading West on Parker Road. There are several great grocery storees and resturants within 5 minues from the apartment community. Safety is great. Plenty of lighing around the aparment buildings and parking lots. All entrance gates can only be entered via security codes via apps. You will find residents walking in the early mornings with no fear and some walking with their pets. The gym (24 hour access) pool and common areas are always cleaned and accessable during office hours. The pool is accessiable until 10pm nightly. Each apartment has full washer and dryer and the maintenance team knows how to repair them if needed. Very low or no noise during the day or night. And the installation in the walls are great too! I looked at other similiar apartments in the area and Windsor Castle Hills apartments stood out the best of the other apartments. In closing property management and maintenance team are quick to resond to non-emergency and emergency maintenance requets. They are always professional and friendly with smiles. The team at Windsor Castle Hills - Carrollton, TX location worked together as a team to resolve a not working correctly garbage disposal in my apartment. Taylor and her team (maintenance group) were able to get the garbage disposal working correctly without fail. I'm thankful. I have said this many times . . . Windsor Castle Hills is a great place to live. It's a safe place with plenty of night light. Maintenance are ready to serve when contacted and the office management team always keep their doors open for residents to see them if there is an issue or just to say "Hello." Thankful. March 19, 2025 Jorge - Maintenance Big "Shout Out Again and Thank you" to Jorge! Monday, March17, 2025 I had some issues with my washing machine and a weather strip with my front entrance door. Jorge came and took care of both issues in less than 15 minutes. He also showed me how to trouble shoot any more issues with my washing machine if needed. Jorge is always polite, professional, always give excellent customer service. And he knows how to solve issues without fail on the first visit. Windsor Castle Hills service goal is nothing less than first-class, and they always make sure that their work hits the mark each time. I'm truly thankful for all of the staff at Windsor Castle Hills Apartment. It is where I call "Home." Nice apartments and neighbors are respectful. Parking is extremely difficult to find spots at certain times of day and I often have to walk across the entire complex to find a spot. I eventually gave in and asked to be notified when a reserved spot would become available near my building (3) and never once was contacted. That was almost a year ago.
Parking is horrible for residents and visitors. Receiving packages is a nightmare.

January 29, 2025, Another excellent maintenance service completed from Windsor Castle Hills community! I purchased some furniture on January 26, 2025. The movers scratched one of the kitchen cabinet doors while delivering the furniture in my apartment. I had to file a damage report with the moving company. They wanted to come back to see if they could repair the damage. But I did not want this company back in my home due to other incidents that occurred with the delivery. The company stated that if I wanted my apartment maintenance to look at the damage, they would have to send them an invoice when the work was completed. The excellent and fast maintenance team were able to repair the scratch with ease. I cannot even tell if there were any previous damage. AND the Windsor Castle Hill maintenance team repaired the damage in less than 24 hours after I submitted the report. I'm so thankful to be living in such a caring, kind and excellent customer Service team. ~ Joseph S.

There’s nothing extraordinary about these apartments but when you compare them to your average apartment experience these days… this is probably the best you will find in DFW. I have 2 complaints. Parking is NOT enforced. I won’t say how I tested it, but I did. If I get home past 4PM I have to park 2 buildings away. Really really irks you after a long shift. There is just no parking and then visitors take it up and don’t get towed. I pay a ridiculous amount for a studio, I should be able to park in front of my building. Second, the gate is broken. I don’t like that at all. This is a good neighborhood, I love it, but I wish the gate was working and you had to have a code to get in. I haven’t needed maintenance but one time and they were efficient. My neighbors are quiet and drama-free. I’m in a studio so obviously I’m not sure how the noise would be in a building where there’s more than 1 person living in a unit. I think most of my neighbors live alone so that’s probably why it’s quiet. No loud parties. No roaches. We had ants for about a week maybe 2 and that was resolved. Some people in my building smoke cigarettes and weed. I hate it but I think the management is cracking down on it. The complex itself is clean but my neighbors are pretty gross with their trash and their dog poop. They let their wet trash spill out in the hallway and don’t follow the valet rules. One of my neighbors seems to have dropped an entire bottle of pills outside their door, it’s been months and they haven’t picked it up. It’s stuff like that. It’s not TERRIBLE that’s just what usually happens when you share a space. It could be worse. I am superrrr worried management is going to hit me with a huge rent increase, I hope they don’t because I would like to renew my lease and that would be a first for me. I also want to recommend this place but obviously how you are treated upon your lease ending is a coin toss and we’ll have to wait and see. Overall, it’s good. No insane complaints. Expensive like everything else but it’s quiet and doesn’t have bugs.

We love it here. Aside from the very few negative reviews for some mishaps, I'm not seeing anything that relates to them. I have had a phenomenal time touring, applying, had direct communication with Celsee, the Property manager. She is the sweetest. We have no complaints on the apartment itself either. They are very up to date, modern, semi-smart homes. Although It took me long enough to write this review, I have to say that you wouldn't regret anything. Celsee is very patient, understanding and attentive. We had a few maintenance requests for turning up our hot water heater since it doesn't stay hot, and it was done within a reasonable time.

I had another great maintenance experience from Eric. The toilet handle broke after hours this past weekend. But, it was not where I needed an emergency fix before Monday. I made a maintenance request online Saturday evening and Eric came early Monday morning to replace the handle and the work was completed within a few minutes. What great and fast customer! service! I'm thankful for Eric and all the staff at this Windsor Community @ Castle Hills. Truly. Special note: Receiving fast, prompt and great service at Windsor Community @ Castle Hills is very common. The experience that I’ve had with the team has been great. Quick responses to emails or phone calls and maintenance is very quick with any issues I may have.
We moved in recently and it has been great. No problems yet, and a very safe neighborhood with good people. I love my apartment and the view from our balcony. They staff is great and very nice, and the apartments are very nice as well.
I have noticed great improvement in the response time of work orders lately. The maintenance team has been kind and respectful and helpful. Darius was such a great help and communicator yesterday. Rodney is wonderful at following up.
Windsor Castle Hills has been a great place to call home, so happy with my decision to move here! It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the office staff/maintenance crew are amazing! I truly love it here.

It’s okay, maintenance is good but not of fan of management in leasing office, also ANTS! not just in my apartment but whole complex, i’ve seen HUGE carpeter ant piles around the complex. Need better pest control

My move in was great! The leasing office was able to get me into my apartment early which I am very thankful for. The apartment and community is amazing and I’m so happy I chose Windsor to me by home!
Staff is very friendly and super responsive! The apartments are all up to date and nice, I’ve had an amazing experience here.
The overall complex is just amazing! From the front office using the conference room to the gym is great! Knowing the fact my mail is safe, along with any packages I may have! The Luxor app is amazing! But overall I love it here knowing everyone is digital and up to code.
I love my floorplan however im very displeased with parking and the fact that im awaken out of my sleep nearly every morning due to a garage being below my bedroom. I will not be renewing my lease.
I really like the apartment complex! The environment is clean and staffs are friendly and are willing to help! The management is taking things seriously when something unpleasant happened and I really appreciate their attention on that! I would definitely recommend Windsor Castle Hills to others!
I love Windsor Castle Hills Community. Kali is always making sure that my needs are met and my questions are answered. Maintenance requests are always resolved quickly.
To be Honest the move in process was horrible. They delayed by move - in without notifying me at all. They wouldn’t give a reason, and i would not have know unless i called them. We moved in 4 hours later, had to cancel moving company, and they only compensated like $70 dollars for that…. Then upon my move in i was given my amenities key 2 days later, which didn’t work to open the gate to where i could even access my apartment. And the apartment has ANTS. I put in service for pest control, it’s been 3 weeks and no one has come. the office people are rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. I feel disappointed and honestly would break my lease. I even had trouble registering to sign up to park and it took me 10 days in order to register my vehicle because they wouldn’t contact previous owner. I’ve been locked out and unable to access my mail for days because of my amenities key being broken. It’s a mess, really. The freaking Golf simulator doesn’t even work and has been broken the entirety that i’ve lived here but we pay extra fees for amenities and “lifestyle”.
I've had no issues with maintenance since move in. I've been here for 14 months.
Waiting 5 weeks for dishwasher and hot water pressure in my sink to be fixed, still waiting, hasn't worked since move in. Heard of a lot of no cool HVAC problems around the community. Maintenance was johnny on the spot on move-in day but next to non-existent now. Insects are a huge problem, ant trails into apartments, spiders everywhere, mosquitos are terrible in yards, can't even sit on my patio.
