Safety is a massive concern and it wont be long before a resident is hurt due to corporates neglect

Have had a fantastic time living in this apartment building. All the amenities are clean and maintained is great condition. Front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was a star, I had an issue with one of my appliances and they fixed the issue is such a timely fashion.

Windsor at west university is small size but big in quality of life, comfortable , feeling of safety and friendliness. The common areas are kept inviting, extremely clean and welcoming. The staff listens and cares about residents. It is not a stilted place but a real community ??

We have enjoyed living here for the past few months. Being in this area is great and the building could not be more perfectly situated. I want to make a big shoutout to the maintenance team for their professionalism, responsiveness and abilities. These guys are great even when the AC went out in the middle of a hot evening. Caleb is a keeper.
The property is well maintained. They are responsive to our maintenance requests. The locations is great, it’s convenient and peaceful. Wall is good, never annoyed by noise from neighbors.
Move-in went smooth, and with the loading bay, easier. Leasing office is friendly. Love the idea of a desk embedded into the wall, though closest is small

Windsor west university feels like a real neighborhood. Management staff sets a professional ‘can do’ - will do tone that permeates our neighborhood culture. As a 3 year resident I feel happy living at Windsor west university. From taking care of power washing the garage ( frequently) to daily common areas housekeeping and timely- professionally responding to my maintenance requests I feel secure in knowing that as a resident , this is my neighborhood community.

I am very satisfied with the maintenance service, because it Was very efficient and ágile.They responded to my request in a very short time and explained to me the situation of the air conditioning filters.
The apartment is good. But I had to remind them to fix the AC in the gym add hand soap in the bathroom. I’ve also had water issues with my shower. But all the issues have been fixed

I have lived in the building for a few months now and have had a joy of a time. Walking into the lobby is a treat to the senses. Smells amazing, relaxing music and a beautiful pool view to soak in. In the heart of West University Place, it matches right up with the amazing school and proximity to shopping, adventures, and great food. I will not be moving anytime soon!
I always felt at home here at Windsor. The whole community was very clean and quiet. On top of that, the management team are really SUPER!
Maintenance personnel always comes with a “can do” attitude. Their expertise always is present. They are courteous, trustworthy and very knowledgeable

I have been resident at Windsor West University for last several years. I would give 5 star ratings. The best location and amazing onsite staff. Convenient to shops, schools, restaurants, Medical Center, parks, and its accessibility to highways. Amy, Property Manager training her leasing staff is excellent, maintaining successful working relationships, and communicating with maintenance staff who is highly efficient. This place is running efficiently because of Amy. Amy is service-oriented team player bringing highly effective communication and analytical skills to her work. She has a creative personality and an ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems effectively to meet intense deadline. Take the time to go to 7th floor and enjoy the view breath taking specially at sunrise and sunset. Great security, quiet, outstanding amenities, modern, open, lots of lights, and very clean. I would only recommend this community if you are looking to move in Houston.

Windsor at West University, Bissonnet Location, and the Best Location in Houston - Luxury Apartments The Windsor at West University, Bissonnet location, Houston level of excellent service, professionalism and the experience of Leasing staff and mainteance staff really make living absolutely exceptional. Maintenance staff to my knowledge is the best in Houston and highly efficient provide same day service. Hats off to Mr. Angel, Maintenance Supervisor for doing excellent job with his team. His staff no matter how busy is, greets tenants with smile and courteousness. This is called the best teamwork. The front office team is on top of any issues. The amenities are well maintained.

This is a nice community to live, close to market, school, restaurants. The staff are very helpful and kind as well.
I have been a resident for about a month and have thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and shared spaces Windsor offers. It is a wonderful place to live! The apartment interior is also beautiful and the lighting is great.
Maintenance Staff members are very prompt, courteous and respectful. When they complete a job they clean up where they worked and it is like a genie did the work!

Roaches….everywhere. I’ve killed atleast 30 and I’ve only lived here a month
A maintenance request was placed due to a broken washing machine on the day of move-in. Multiple calls had to be made in order to reach the maintenance department. The answering service on the phone was very unhelpful. Eventually, I had to go in person twice to request that the defective washing machine be fixed. Leasing office was very helpful once I went in person and the problem was fixed the same day. The quality of the repair work was very good, the machine now works without any further problems.

If you value the right to quiet enjoyment, this is not the place for you. I hear constant running and jumping, and loud music blaring in the apartment above me. It wakes me up and prevents me from falling asleep. I find it difficult to concentrate, or ever feel at peace. My plates and glasses move from the reverberations and water shakes from all of the activities going on above me. I am disappointed management has not taken any meaningful measures to address this situation to date.
I really enjoy living at Windsor West University. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and takes care of matters very quickly. The complex has great amenities as well.
