This place is fine as a physical apartment. The management is terrible with absolutely no communication to the tenants & unwilling to offer any help when issues arise within the apartment.
Windsor at West University greets you with friendliness, excellent customer service and quality. The location, floorplan and common areas are selling points. Compared to other communities I visited in the area, this one showed a higher level of quality.

I am very pleased that Officer Lopez is now residing at Windsor. A couple of times he has been visible, especially when I returned late at night where he was seen asking someone that did not belong to leave the building. I also appreciate the day that Amber helped my dad when he stumbled and fell in the lobby area, and Amy calling me about it to alert me that he had fallen. And Jo'el continues to be the epitome of professionalism and understanding. And last but not least I give a big shoutout to the maintenance team, they truly wonderful.

Have had a fantastic time living in this apartment building. All the amenities are clean and maintained is great condition. Front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance was a star, I had an issue with one of my appliances and they fixed the issue is such a timely fashion.

We have enjoyed living here for the past few months. Being in this area is great and the building could not be more perfectly situated. I want to make a big shoutout to the maintenance team for their professionalism, responsiveness and abilities. These guys are great even when the AC went out in the middle of a hot evening. Caleb is a keeper.
The property is well maintained. They are responsive to our maintenance requests. The locations is great, it’s convenient and peaceful. Wall is good, never annoyed by noise from neighbors.
Move-in went smooth, and with the loading bay, easier. Leasing office is friendly. Love the idea of a desk embedded into the wall, though closest is small

Windsor west university feels like a real neighborhood. Management staff sets a professional ‘can do’ - will do tone that permeates our neighborhood culture. As a 3 year resident I feel happy living at Windsor west university. From taking care of power washing the garage ( frequently) to daily common areas housekeeping and timely- professionally responding to my maintenance requests I feel secure in knowing that as a resident , this is my neighborhood community.

I am very satisfied with the maintenance service, because it Was very efficient and ágile.They responded to my request in a very short time and explained to me the situation of the air conditioning filters.
The apartment is good. But I had to remind them to fix the AC in the gym add hand soap in the bathroom. I’ve also had water issues with my shower. But all the issues have been fixed

I have lived in the building for a few months now and have had a joy of a time. Walking into the lobby is a treat to the senses. Smells amazing, relaxing music and a beautiful pool view to soak in. In the heart of West University Place, it matches right up with the amazing school and proximity to shopping, adventures, and great food. I will not be moving anytime soon!
I always felt at home here at Windsor. The whole community was very clean and quiet. On top of that, the management team are really SUPER!

Convenient to shops, schools, restaurants, Medical Center, parks, and its accessibility to highways. Amy, Property Manager training her leasing staff is excellent, maintaining successful working relationships, and communicating with maintenance staff who is highly efficient. This place is running efficiently because of Amy. Amy is service-oriented team player bringing highly effective communication and analytical skills to her work. She has a creative personality and an ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems effectively to meet intense deadline. Take the time to go to 7th floor and enjoy the view breath taking specially at sunrise and sunset. Great security, quiet, outstanding amenities, modern, open, lots of lights, and very clean. I would only recommend this community if you are looking to move in Houston.

Windsor at West University, Bissonnet Location, and the Best Location in Houston - Luxury Apartments The Windsor at West University, Bissonnet location, Houston level of excellent service, professionalism and the experience of Leasing staff and mainteance staff really make living absolutely exceptional. Maintenance staff to my knowledge is the best in Houston and highly efficient provide same day service. Hats off to Mr. Angel, Maintenance Supervisor for doing excellent job with his team. His staff no matter how busy is, greets tenants with smile and courteousness. This is called the best teamwork. The front office team is on top of any issues. The amenities are well maintained.

A maintenance request was placed due to a broken washing machine on the day of move-in. Multiple calls had to be made in order to reach the maintenance department. The answering service on the phone was very unhelpful. Eventually, I had to go in person twice to request that the defective washing machine be fixed. Leasing office was very helpful once I went in person and the problem was fixed the same day. The quality of the repair work was very good, the machine now works without any further problems.
Very good maintenance service very timely and the staff Who attend are very willing to solve the problem.
Very professional staff. They are hard working and courteous.
