The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Willow Pond
Washing machines have not been fixed in over a year. We have had our vehicle damaged and there are no working security cameras - they just keep insisting they are working on it, but it’s been over a year. We found a rat in our apartment and was told that an exterminator would come - no one did (this was about 5 months ago). To make the situation better, fix the concerns people are clearly mentioning in their reviews. Replying and asking people to call you does not fix the situations.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand there have been some frustrations for you. Our laundry machines are being routinely fixed and worked on, however, sadly they become damaged as soon as they are repaired. It is unfortunate about your vehicle damage as well. We are close to the end of our project for getting new cameras installed and up and running. Once they are on, the cameras will be focused on entry points and the garage door and most likely would not have been a help in vehicle damages. We would like to follow up on the pest situation as we do have a routine inspection and vendor that helps with that. If you could please reach out to us, we can look into that further. Thank you again for your feedback. Seth
Like other reviews, this place will absolutely rip you off wherever they possibly can. They will add charges after you move out that are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and get some drip pans for your stove at the dollar store or you'll be paying them $50. They will also claim the only reason they charge residents is to keep the units in great condition and they can only do this by "fixing" the problem instead of "covering up" the problem. That obviously explains the disgusting duct tape on their pipes in the garage to fix the leaks they have (which will drip onto your car) and the mold that appears in all the bathrooms shortly after moving in because they painted over the previous mold. The only benefit to this place is their location because their amenities are worthless. They had to close the pool because idiotic residents broke glass in it BUT they kept it closed for well over three weeks- including 4th of July. It doesn't help their washers and dryers are crap and overpriced. I'm sure management will hop on my review to argue that I'm being one-sided but I'm just out here warning the next guy. I would never chose to move back into this place after my experience.

This place isn't super fancy or anything but it's well taken care of. The staff in the office and the maintenance do a lot to make the place look good. They try and add new things to update it a little every year which is appreciated. I've seen the way some people leave their apartments and I can't believe it! This place does a lot to make me proud to call it home.

Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments about Willow Pond! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
Absolutely gouged upon move out. Charged us an additional $900 for what was essentially wear and tear. The complex is meh but their policies and practices are absolute garbage.

During winter, I would hear a banging sound, which I thought was irritating, in the apartment I stayed at. The only good thing about this apartment is the facilities. I wouldn't recommend to live here. Even my dad and friends didn't like the apartment.

My family and I have been resindents at willow pond for over a year. Be aware that the management company now charges for all utilities including water, sewer and trash removal. We are also being charged a percentage for common area utilities....so not only do you pay $2.75 for a load of laundry but also have to pay for the water and power usage of the washer/dryers.

I would not live here for nothing in the world,, they operate in sneaky tactics,,,garbage
It's a great apartment. It has everything a person needs. Pool, gym, tanning, party room all included in rent . Plus underground garage place included. The apartment is very big and you can have pets here too. Love it.
This is the perfect apartment community if you are looking for a home that has the convenience of quick highway access, bus line close by, stores, and restaurants. The maintenance technicians always do a better than expected job and do a fantastic job on repairs. I have a dog and she loves the off leash dog park on the property, as do I. By far my favorite thing about Willow Pond Apartments is the pond view apartment I have. It cost a little more every month but it is so worth it! The fountain lights up at night and it is a beautiful view, almost makes you forget you are in the city. There are also community events every month for adults that help in meeting neighbors. I truly feel like I have a home here.
Willow Pond Apartments is located in Burnsville area. It's actually a great location. Close to most things like 7mins away from Burnsville walmart, about 10mins from mall of America, Eagan outlet, Burnsville center and any other restaurants! The apartment building has three sections, building A, B, and C. All one bedroom and more have one parking spot in the garage and one on the parking lot. It's a non-gated so not a huge security, but there is an locked door for resident only to get in. Three level building with washer and dryer on each floor for people to use. It's a money reload card which can be bit of a hassle b/c you can only reload by going to the main office which is building C. I live in building A so you see why it could be a pain. The apartment I live in does have lots of room and great for long term living. It's all carpet except of course the kitchen and bathroom. A free color of your chose on one side of your wall which makes the room brighter. People who lives around are nice and respectful, no noise.
From the moment I walked through the front doors into the main office I knew this was the place for me and my 90yr old grandma to call home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The two bedroom apt they showed us had a great layout and many updated amenities. Since we moved in they have been helpful and accommodating. They continuously work to keep the property clean and comfortable to live in and look at and always say hello to us by name, which is amazing considering how many people live here. I would recommend Willow Pond to everyone!
Looked at several places..this one is beautiful..the people showing it were wonderful and helpful. Fell in love with the apartments.... Just trying to come up with deposit to apply.
