Management is is very welcoming and accommodating. Maintenance team is quick and efficient with fixing problems.

No he visto al personal de seguridad que mencionan que hay por las noches. El personal de seguridad si es que lo hay debería de hacer valer el horario de la piscina .

Talked to Jennifer , she was really nice, helpful and informative throughout the whole tour. Answered all my concerns politely , fell in love with the community seems like a very relaxed atmosphere.

Love my apartment but not a peaceful environment due to my upstairs neighbors and neighbors putting their dogs out on the porch at 5 am to bark.

I have been in peace & paradise at the Willow Plaza. No loud neighbors. No loud music. It’s very nice & quiet. I feel secure living here. The design and layout is everything! I cannot wait to get fully settled!

The Willow plaza community itself feels safe, with great amenities like the gym and pool. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Greystar management and staff are professional and helpful. I would happily recommend this apartment complex. Tania Lopez

Let’s take it back to the beginning. Administration was quick and easy they were able to tour some of the models right there and then which was wonderful HOWEVER. When it came to the move in, it was not a smooth process at all. They called us the day before/ of to tell us that our apartment was not ready, that it was dirty and that we needed to wait at least 2-3 more days IF we wanted housekeeping to neat it up for us. Which we OBVIOUSLY said yes to, because why in the world are we going to agree to being welcomed into our new home with a dirty apartment. On the lease they expect you to leave the apartment spotless, so we expected nothing less from management. And THANKFULLY we didn’t hire movers because imagine how much that would’ve sucked. But it was still a major inconvenience because all of our belongings were packed and ready to go. Finally, moving day came and the moment we stepped into the apartment we were greeted with an apartment with the climate of a tropical island there was construction debris in our laundry room and cabinet drawers. The floors had white dust EVERYWHERE. So not only did they make us wait to move in to have the apartment “cleaned” they didn’t even clean properly. So obviously that was a HUGE BUMMER. Oh and that’s a whole other thing as well, PLS if you decide to move here TAKE pictures of everything the day you move in. There were a lot of damages to the floor, cracks in the shower tiles (which we also called maintenance for because we were worried water would get through there and make mold but they basically said that it wasn’t a maintenance problem it was more of a contractor problem) Moving on, to when we finally settled in. OMG… the amount of spiders… inside of our apartment and out in the balcony. It was absolutely insane. We even found a black widow spider in our balcony that stopped us from using it all together. Oh and not only spiders, there was also crickets, roaches, AND ants INSIDE the apartment. How? Where did they even come in from? We contacted maintenance about it and asked if they do pest control and they said that they do so every week. Which is questionable because why are we still seeing so many pests. The trash dumpsters are placed in such inconvenient spots the amount of times I’ve seen people and vehicles almost get hit by incoming traffic. It’s placed in such a way that it blocks visibility for drivers and pedestrians. And they also don’t get as much maintenance as they should. I think the trash

The apartment I have is nice very nice. The leasing office team was excellent, but I would prefer more attention to the trash and the trash dumpsters.

Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful and courteous. The community is very welcoming and quiet. It truly feels like home.

Willow Plaza is a beautiful property that is very well managed. The property is moderately priced and walking distance from food and shopping.

Great community to live in, if you like a peaceful and calm place I suggest The willow plaza, the staff is amazing and so friendly! Pool and gym are always clean and ready to use , I would highly recommend these apartments to everyone!

Since the first time I stepped into the apartment complex I was greeted like if I was already at home , the staff in the office are so nice and helped me out in everything and made sure all my questions was answered, I’m glad I’ve moved in to the right apartments and the right environment! If I could rate these apartments it’ll be above the 5 stars !

Very nice place to go home to. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Unlike most places my neighbors came out to meet one another. we laughed and talked it was great ??

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my washer and dryer to be installed in my unit, after they lied and told me on my move in day before I saw the unit that they were already installed earlier that week. Now I am multiple weeks out with no way to clean my laundry for work and am stuck in a game of cat and mouse with management and construction blaming each other with no sign of anyone taking responsibility. On top of this the communications leading up to moving in were extremely unprofessional and unpolished with missing sections in informational emails, unclear websites, forced registration for an advertising board under the guise of helping you set up your utilities, and constant pest problems despite the mandatory pest treatment fees. Most horrific of all was the immense water damage from a broken fridge upon move in where I was told they "didn't see that when they checked the unit that morning". Which is impossible as there was extensive water damage all over the wall and huge puddles on the floor in the kitchen leading to the entry way. They barely "repaired" the wall damage after a long back and forth and refused to replace the flooring as "construction didn't find any water". The front guest gate pad doesn't even work and they have made no effort to extend any kind of announcement regarding it. I am absolutely fed up. I am not the type of person to leave reviews really and I am only doing this as I am extremely desperate for some sort of haste to be expressed when I am forced to live in these conditions. I am distraught that it has come to this point, especially when administration puts such great effort into their façade of seeming kind, accommodating, and responsive.

Great new community and close to major highways and businesses

I stopped by the property on my way to my new job and I was so happy I did! The apartments are incredible for the size and price plus brand new!! The office staff was so sweet and personable. I’m so glad they were able to get me in on such short notice. Marisol was so professional, I really enjoyed the tour!!

I was told there was a special for $99 application and administration fee. I went to apply and had to pay $75 for the application, $150 for the administration fee and $300 for the apartment deposit upfront. I was explicitly told I would get the difference refunded back to my card afterwards so I had someone let me borrow the extra funds to apply. The next day I was told the difference would instead be credited to my resident account. I’m extremely pissed because it’s something that should’ve been said and further explained at the time of application. I don’t need a credit to my account when I am not scheduled to move until another month. I also had to inquire several times about if a washer and dryer were going to be placed in the unit because they were very apprehensive about it. I actually wound up switching buildings because when I was applying, I was told not all buildings would in fact come with a washer and dryer (something they were not candid about). The only thing they kept their word about was the extra month free which was in fact pro-rated over the 12 months. The property is brand new and eager to have applications and leases signed immediately. BE AWARE!!
