I will give it one star because it’s a decent amount of space, outside of that it’s the worst apartment I’ve lived at. Our AC has been non functional for several months and even though we’ve submitted 15+ service requests it still hasn’t been addressed, if we do more than one load of laundry we don’t have hot water the rest of the day. Majority of electronic gym equipment only is in working order half the time, grounds are not well kept, overall the worst managed apartment I’ve ever been at, poor response time and when they do respond it’s as helpful as if they don’t respond, you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere.

Same door has been broken since we lived here. It not that hard to fix doors. I paid for them to be locked. Always random people hanging in hallways who don't live here. And solution for everything is to send out text. Also new cleaning crew is worse than the last one.

My family have been here for 7 months. It was rocky in the beginning under the old management. It made us question our decision moving here. However, when the new management took over things changed for the better! Our maintenance request are done within a reasonable time frame. We live on the very end of the hallway so we do not hear anything. The staff is phenomenal and is pleasant to talk with. We adore working with Julie. She is my go to lady. Matt has really made this property better. We love living here and we no longer question our decision. Thank you for making our transition feel like home.

People here are inconsiderate and make complaints on you for the smallest things but will then go on to have music blasting at 2am. The parking is a hit or miss and you can’t get a reserved parking spot even though none of them are taken. Management is not the best and we had to wait 3 weeks to get our master bathroom toilet unclogged. This place overall is not worth the money and I’d recommend something else for how much you’re going to pay. Good luck

Prices are reasonable. Walls are paper thin. Wouldn’t recommend if you work a normal or early job. You will be kept awake every night.

Nice apartment complex a 7 minute walk to Lincoln Light Rail Station. Outdoor pool and hot tub are nice. Good commute for people working in the DTC.

8/4/22 still actively experiencing a roach infestation We originally reported the roaches 5/4/22. It was left unaddressed for 3 weeks until 5/27/22. Due to poor communication from Julie, we did not know what pest control needed from us, so they were not able to treat our apartment. Since then, we have been no showed by pest control 3 times. Each time we've had to prepare for pest control, we've had to move our entire kitchen and bathroom into our single bedroom, and lock our cat in the bedroom all day. When pest control no shows, they are not promptly rescheduled After the last no show on 8/1/22, I emailed the property manager directly about getting pest control out ASAP and called multiple times, with no response. Today I was told conflicting stories on why pest control no showed Monday, and it was made apparent that they hadn't even attempted to reschedule pest control for our unit. One of us had to go down to the office in person for them to even call and schedule pest control for next week. PS. The common areas of our building are used as a dump. The couch pictured has been in our stairwell for over a week, stinking up the building. I notified the property manager 48 hours ago and it's still there

I stopped in today to tour the apartment complex. My wife and I are looking for someplace while our home is being built. Ryan was in the parking lot and told me where to go. I was very impressed with the staff in the office. I always get names and I want to mention that Matt, Melissa, Julie and Keyanna went out of their way to answer all my questions and give a tour. We will be back tomorrow to pick one of the apartments they showed us, as they went above the norm to help us.

I am so impressed with this apartment complex. I just toured it this week and everyone of the office staff took time to say hello and ask if I had any more questions. Keyanna and Julie met me as I came in the office and then introduced me to Melissa and Ryan( I believe his name was). Then they called out the Manager Matt and he took me on the tour!!! My least is over this month at the old place and I am signing up to move here. Prices are reasonable..ha ha for Denver.

I recently moved in to these apartments and I am very disappointed in the maintenance and safety of this location. Don’t be deceived. When you come tour the apartments, you are shown an model apartment right across from the leasing office which is very nice. You don’t have to walk through a hallway to access the model apartment. Please do yourself a favor before signing that lease and get a tour of the complex. Ask to view the apartment you will be moving to at least get a tour of the location. I asked but was told “It’s occupied” and settled for seeing the model. I wish I would have pressed for a tour of the entire building because it was instant regret the minute I got the keys. The halls leading to the apartment have a horrible smell and are dark and scary to walk through. Men sitting in the garage having beers and doing mechanic in their cars.Had I seen the hallways and property in this condition, I would have not signed a lease here. Definitely not what I was expecting to see in living in Lone Tree. Feels like I am living in the hood. The stairs and elevator leading to the parking garage are filthy and smell like dog urine. Just a power wash would make a big difference. It doesn’t looked like that’s ever been done. Trash is dumped everywhere. The “security” doors to enter the building to your apartment are propped opened with a rock all day. There are no gates to keep non-resident/thieves out and anyone can park in the parking garage because there is no towing service. There is supposedly a security service but I have not seen any so far. The bbq area by the pool is filthy as well and does not look like it’s maintained. I’ve lived in Douglas County for 13+ years and didn’t know this type of living situation existed here. The Camden apartments next door are cleaner, more secured and are definitely what you expect from living in this great city. I will give it to Cortland that the apartment itself is nice and big. The noise from the highway does not bother me as I was expecting it. I hope to write a review in the near future about improvements being made to improve the living for Cortland residents. For now, I give this place a D.

We have new grates on order for the BBQ area as well, they just have not come in yet. We do have automatic air fresheners in the common hallways. I have no clue how this place has such high ratings. The neighbors are disrespectful, management doesn’t care about you voicing concerns unless your “friends” with them. The outside always smells like dog urine, you have to call emergency maintenance if you want anything repaired within a month and I could literally go on. The only thing that’s noteworthy is the physical location because everything is close. But you’re also next to a freeway and if you’re apartment is next to a stairwell good luck.

We have been actively dealing with roaches entering our apartment from common areas since May 4th. I reached out May 4th, pest control did not come until May 27th (left unaddressed for 3 weeks). Pest control came and put sticky traps down without treating for roaches. We are still experiencing an active roach infestation in a clean apartment. They seem to be coming from the trash and animal waste left in the hallways

It's luxury living without the price tag! This is definitely the most awesome complex I have ever lived in. The Cortland app is helpful and the maintenance requests are filled with haste! The amenities seem pretty exciting to use once Covid and winter pass. I'm looking forward to the pool!
Horrible experience here which is unfortunate. Community isnt well maintained, communication is non existent, service is extremely slow and inefficient, and you may be moved into an apartment home thats not ready. Definitely 100% would not recommend. This place will not feel like home.
Service has gone down hill. People dump their trash everywhere
The location and quality of the apartments are fantastic. The staff is great, very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Cortland Lone Tree.
In general its a great place to live. Just like any home/apartment home there can always be one thing to improve. So Ill give this complex a 5 star rating in always trying to improve.
I love living in Cortland lone tree! The apartments are big and I love the modern amenities in my apartment. The maintenance guys are so responsive and the location is perfect, everything you need is around you. I'll however appreciate a neater community but most of which are residents fault.
Cortland Lone Tree is a very diverse community. The staff is great and the apartments are very nice. I am very happy here!
Staff is wonderful havent had any issues. They are easy to talk to they are on top of things when issues are presented to them. They say hello to you when they are on the grounds. The maintenance crew are also great very friendly and they work hard from what Ive seen so far and get the work done quickly. They all seem to get along which is a plus because when a team works well together it feels great all around.
Cortland Lincoln Station is a great community and very diversified. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. I am really enjoying my time here. :)

We have lived here only a short time but we are incredibly pleased with the apartment and the community. The leasing team and the maintenance team are empathetic and amazing at communicating and addressing any questions or concerns that have come up. We thoroughly believe we will enjoy our entire lease term here.
