I have been a resident here for approximately three years, and I can confidently say that my experience has significantly improved over time. During my first years under the previous management, the overall quality of living left much to be desired. However, once the property transitioned to new management, there was a noticeable and positive shift. The current staff members are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. They are dedicated to ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued, and they consistently strive to create a welcoming and well-maintained community. While the pricing is slightly on the higher side, the improvements in service and community atmosphere make it worthwhile. Overall, I am pleased with my experience living here.

The laundry facility always has machines that don't work. The workout room can only be us3d during business hours. The pool is permanently closed.

Maintenance is good and apartment is nice. Parking is good and I enjoy my view. These apartments are good at keeping up with yardwork and we have had no pests. A nice place to live.

Bad service and then on parking area someone take my work equipment and then when I spoke to him personally from the office they told me that they would not be responsible and that they do not have cameras but that more robberies had already been reported and that is a complex of houses. I made a contract for a year, I won't renew it again. When I received my apartment it was dirty and infested with cockroaches, the oven doesn't work, the dishwasher doesn't work either, terrible service. I don't recommend it.

Everything is always great at Estancia. The grounds are always kept nice. Staff is excellent. It is a great location and there are lots of fun things to do. There are weekly food trucks that you can use in case you just don’t want to cook.

Been living here for 5yrs and enjoy my chopper mill apartments. They always do updates to our resident. All my neighbors are so friendly an helpful if they was a problem we seem to help out each other. That's why I love my apartments ??

I had a couple issues with upstairs neighbors they resolved my issues in a timely manner so far it’s been quiet and I don’t feel afraid to live here alone . Office personnel friendly

Ever since portico took over property have went to hell in a hand basket I've complained about the a/c not working still three months they have not fixed it 11 pm my a apartment is still 82 degrees and that is at night bath tub is chipping off paint they told me to fix it I have leave for three days at my own expense cabinet mounted microwave light went out they told me I have to fix it my self same with the refrigerator you have maintenance your own apartment sad and bad business practices

Update: kitchen and bathroom currently flooding made several calls for emergency maintenance and as usual no one comes or calls back..smh Management has changed 5 times since I moved here in 2016. The new management are lazy and they are never in office or answer the phones. The maintenance is never available even with an emergency . Rent is to darn high for them not to handle maintenance/service request. I won’t be renewing my lease. If you want to pay high rent prices for very old apartments with plumbing, heating and cooling issues then move here.

The only thing I can say is that security for your cars 0, in less than 6 months I had two robberies, the first time all the wheels of my truck were stolen, and then They broke the window and they robbed me, apart from that with the flood your car can flood, all people as they know they move their cars for a walmart that is in front, apart from that there are cockroaches and it is for pleasure that they come to fumigate because then there is more. The only good thing about those apartments is the assistant manager.

Roaches run wild! Also, the gates don't work most of the time, therefore anyone can come in and out as they please - using the pool, etc. Washing machines being destroyed. Several shootings just this year! Police in and out of property! 3rd management group since been there over 12 years! This set is the worst! Horrible, horrible place to live!
