Westlake at Summer Cove

on this place if i could o stars i would whatever you do don t move here the place has many problems and the management does nt care about anything except getting their money. we have to deal with bed bugs on two occasion and roaches are a normal thing around here

very good pools and walkways it also has a good worker named Carmen who fixed my AC

The worst apartments ever my ac was broke for almost 2 months and they keep saying pest control will come out and they never do the gates are always broke trash is always over full loud disrespectful people the people that work in the office don’t care and are rude especially Andy they don’t care about the tenants here at all always bugs all in the apartments ants spiders you name it the mail man keeps putting our mail in the wrong mailbox everytime the pools are always nasty and smells really bad the water smells muggy and smells disgusting the paint job is horrible the carpet lifts and as bumps in it there are patched up spots all around the ceilings there’s a water bubble in the ceiling in the corner of our bath tub the cabinets is cardboard painted over I mean it’s the worst place to live

Do not come to this horrible place. You will hate the manager who take the money. The regional manager don't have a clue and don't listen. They want give you corporate number and tell you to look it up.

My husband and I have been living in this place for more than a year now. This is our "sweet home" in Texas. We are very happy with our 1 bedroom unit - clean and very comfortable. We never had a problem with bugs. We have nice neighbors next-door and downstairs. The place is peaceful and the office staff are very nice and accommodating especially Veronica. We'd love to stay longer but we have to move out soon because of my job which is way up north. I wish we can take Westmount Summercove with us. :-)

Just recently moved into my apartment and am very satisfied with Management, Office Staff, and Maintenance Dept. They all greet you with a smile and always willing to help with my requests concerning the apartment!

I moved in to Summer Cove about 6 months ago, and I have to say this is really just a comfortable place to live. My Grandkids enjoy swimming in the pool when they come to visit too.

This is the worst Apartment complex I have ever seen. The management is is unprofessional, disconnected and uncaring of their tenants. The AC has been broken since I lived there. They won't give me a break on rent even though it was 94F in my apartment and I couldn't stay there for several days in a row. Lousy communication from management and when brought to Westmounts attention of how they were treating me while pregnant, they backed them up 100%. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

they only care about the rent. maintenance is poor. they know only to make workorder and email it to you. next day, you will get email stating that the work is done regardless of the work done or not. no clean up after the residents pet. management doesn't cares about it.

This is the apartment I stayed when I arrived in Texas. I was amazed at how the leasing staff took exceptional care of me, kudos to Mr Arvis!!! He was very polite, friendly and accommodating and when I saw the place I didn't think twice at looking for another apartment. I settled in this place which is quiet, clean with a lot of amenities and most of all secure, and every time I needed help for anything Mr Arvis was always willing to oblige. Unfortunately I have to move out so soon because of my job, but I would not hesitate to live here once more if given the chance. This is definitely the place to stay around the Houston-Webster area!

RATS! Over 4 months now there have been rats and they don't hide. They run right out. Maintenance is nonexistent. For over a year i call weekly or every other week. Repairs average approx 7 days. My kitchen floor and carpets are always soaked with water. U call the emergency number for water pouring in from ur ceiling and told someone will be there. They never show. The office guy on weekends is NO HELP. When u call he says he cant help u. If u ask a question he says he dont know. Always says to call back on Monday. Cant talk to manager. When u call they are not kn. If u go in and ask for manager u get told they are showing an apartment. 2 times i have talked to her because i stayed and refused to leave until i talked to her. Both times she was there within minutes.

Best place you can find , they cares about people even if u wont rent , a guy called "arvis" smiles all the time he is very patient and trying to give you tye best deal , no hidden fees , nice swimming pool n the apartments are clean from inside

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Used to be very nice. Now many places are in disrepair, and people cannot get management fix come and fix things. Once you are in, that is pretty much it. There is lot of dog feces all over. The tenants do not care and management does not get after them. Dogs are left out to bark on patios for hours on end, or 24/7. When trash is full, rather than walk another 50 ft to one not as full, people just throw it on the ground by the receptacle!! There is also a rat problem here. It has help that management has put up numerous rat traps all around the complex. Along with rats are plenty of roaches, since pest control no longer comes twice a year. So basically when pest control does come to 1 apt., the roaches just go to the apts. next to it. Also have to pay for trash, sewer, water and pest control every money. Water bill for a person living on their own runs about $40-55 a month. Pest control is a monthly fee whether you use it or not.

this place is not that bad. its clean, not that busy, neighbors are ok. The location is not the best but its near a lot of things. ill give it a 7.3 out 10.

Always has brown water. Water is cut off all the time. And haven't had hot water for a week. Horrible place needs lots of upgrades and new water lines. Customer service sucks they never know what they are talking about!!!

Peaceful, older neighborhood w/ big trees that provide great shade comfortable atmosphere. There's even little creek beds and bridges! Apartment Office is friendly and easy to work with. Totally recommend! :)
