      A wonderful place to live!

      I have lived in this building for 3.5 years and have seen it go through a ton of upgrades and improvements. The apartments look great and the amenities are fantastic. Highlights for me would be the stocked gym, the outdoor space, and the management team. The staff are particularly great, and in my time here I've never had an issue getting something fixed whenever anything has come up. For anyone who wants to be downtown but also live in a quiet and peaceful area, this place is for you

      Great place!

      Love it because it’s so close to work! Also love the staff who greet me with a warm “welcome home” each day I walk through the main entrance. They are such an efficient team and they’re all so kind. The amenities are nice; good size gym, great outdoor spaces, and a pickleball court exclusive to our building! Great place to call home :)

      Move in!

      I have lived here for over a year and am about to sign a new lease. West Temple is clean, organized and has some unique amenities. Lobby and common areas are cleaned everyday by wonderful staff. Maintenance requests are smooth as you can fill out an online request via your resident portal or ask the front desk. Brittney is the manager, and has been the best leasing manager I've come across in my years renting apartments. She is communicative, efficient and solution oriented. Her staff are also noteworthy individuals, who go above and beyond to assist with resident matters. One of my favorite features is the dog spa, and dog potty station. This is a dog friendly community and the area has amazing views and a small dog park right across the street. It is the perfect walking scene for dog owners. We are nestled into a neighborhood, so you hardly feel you're in downtown. The construction is kept to daylight hours and there are a few other routes to take if ever it gets bad, but I haven't been inconvenienced enough to notice it as a downside. The amenities are top notch, with their use of apps to open doors, and common spaces. You never have to carry a key! Overall West Temple Apartments is somewhere I can see myself living until I can afford to buy a home.

      WT is a beautiful apartment close to the downtown business district of Salt Lake City and offers some fantastic views from higher levels. The leasing office is terrific and shows a high level of professionalism by acting promptly on residents' issues, and we appreciate that. One parking slot for a three-bed unit only happens to be my most significant inconvenience – at most, two should suffice. However, I would recommend WT to people needing a beautiful space downtown.

We absolutely agree with you and we wish parking in the down town area was more available so that we could provide additional spaces. Currently the number of parking spaces we have at the community will only accommodate 1 space per apartment. We have reached out to City Creek Parking, a major parking supplier in the down town area, who has made us aware of (2) locations where overnight parking can be arranged with them. I'm glad we were able to provide you with their contact and hope that option helps you with your additional parking needs.       Excellent place to live at. Management is pretty good and helpful. The apartments are newly remodeled and spacious. Totally worth the money! the best apartments I have rented so far. The building is in the heart of the city and yet at a calm neighborhood. Beautiful views.

      We enjoy living here. The staff has always been responsive to our needs and concerns. We feel very safe here, and it is such a wonderful location. We can walk to many events and shopping. It is also in close proximity to the Salt Lake Airport, which is also a great benefit.

      West Temple is convenient city living

      We love living here at West Temple Apartments! It’s out of the main traffic of the city, but still within walking distance of city creek, temple square, and Vivint Smarthome Arena. As parents of young kiddos, we’ve loved having the giant field next door, so we still have a chance to enjoy the city, but get out and play as well. Management is easy and friendly to work with also. Would highly recommend!

      Feels Like Home with Convenient Downtown Living

      We have lived here for 5 years now and have loved every moment. West Temple was supposed to be a temporary living situation for us and has impressed us to the point we couldn't leave. We love raising out family here and I couldn't imagine it any other way. The location is fantastic and so are the views. But apart from those fantastic features we also have an amazing management team that makes sure to get to know you and take care of you along the way. The maintenance team is always on top of everything and is willing to fix whatever you need and do it quickly. Now, we are getting excited for the newly remodeled apartments to come and have a new and fresh updated look and feel. This is the perfect downtown family location and has plenty of outdoor space right outside to take your kids for some fresh air, and great shopping only a 10 minute walk away.

      West Temple is the Best of City Living

      We enjoy living downtown SLC and feeling surrounded by friendly people here! The apartment size is comfortable and we have had quick responses to the minor maintenances that we have had over the last year & a half. To have covered secure parking and restricted access to the building makes us feel safe. The management staff are friendly and open to any suggestions. The apartments are soon to begin renovations which will make this apartment complex even more appealing. We love having a free club room where we can invite friends & family for larger group gatherings. We love it!

      West Temple Apartments

      This apartment complex is great! I lived there for two years and we enjoyed how convenient it was to downtown Salt Lake City. The management, D.J. and Jaron were so good to us and so were the maintenance staff. Great place to live! Highly recommend this complex!

      Convenient location, yet price goes up and up and up

      Very convenient location, but subpar management. New management threatened a 50% price increase! They backed down from this, but have still increased rent aggressively and will do so again. Pretty calloused to raise rent by hundreds of dollars on elderly people, especially during a year of Covid and low interest rates that retired people rely on for living expenses. They were very slow to address heating / cooling problems.
