Located in an area walkable to great restaurants, Galleria Mall, and amenities. Really nice place with luxurious apartments. Nice residents. Great personnel!
Great place to live!! However, bbq grills need to bereaved- one is inop and the other is very slow to heat up. Also recommend new signs at parking garage entrance to emphasize no tail gate ! And parking for residents only in big print.

I love it here, I’ve been here for many years! The staff is very helpful and it’s the perfect location in the city. Traffic can get/be tricky due to the area but there are several ways around the traffic.

Could maintain property better. Fix the internet. It is terrible. Better property management l, make a lot of false promises of things being fixed or working on it and never do. Internet, call box, elevator, paint and carpet in hallways.

It's been good but the waterwall parking situation needs to be fixed and is extremely convenient when there is high traffic because it is almost impossible to get into the garage

Property is good. But leasing office service is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Don’t believe a single word they say, because they won’t admit saying it the next day, and they are always trying to deflect blame on you instead of themselves when they have done things terribly wrong.

Living here has been a great experience, great place to call home . The location is convenient, with easy access to everything I need. The amenities are well-maintained and add to the comfort of daily life. I also appreciate the focus on safety, as I always feel secure here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the concierge service is a nice bonus that makes things a little easier. Overall, it’s a solid place to live.

our dishwarer barely cleans dishes. there is always water stains on the dishes and plates. the corridor needs to be cleaned. sky lounge sofas and chairs need to be cleaned. they are all stained

It's been good living here except for the parking in front of the waterwall is horrible. It's very hard to get into and out of the garage at times and it can be very frustrating.

Should be a 4-4.5 star experience, but see comments. Staff are friendly and responsive. Community is fairly clean and nice except for rude occupants who leave piles of trash in the garbage room instead of literally just opening the shoot and dumping it themselves - happens every single day. When the power went out on 02/13/25 there was no emergency management at all. Community has extremely few resources and Zero emergency lights in the stairwells which is its own brand of a horrifying experience - when you realize the only avenue of escape in an actual disaster is a pitch black stairwell. No water during power outage either - so no sinks or toilets worked. That makes me think the sprinkler system wouldn’t work either in a fire during an outage. Management says they will address it, I truly hope they do, otherwise it’s an untenable situation to live in, as Houston overall is a natural disaster waiting to happen whether it be floods from heavy storms or the occasional ice/freeze over.

Things are not going well. There is no peace in my home due to inconsiderate upstairs neighbors. As I try this message at almost 11pm, I am awake due to the constant noise upstairs. I am very unhappy. I’ve complained multiple time and the situation has not improved at all. I expect so much more from management and am sorely disappointed and am looking for somewhere to move to.

WATERWALL tries to maintain its image Concierge are friendly, but like any other place can have a “Testy attitude !” Pool area kept clean, pillows cabana mattresses could be cleaned may need a washing. Security of building seems pretty good!

Overall, it was a Great experience. The management is one of the best I have seen. It is in an ideal location next to Waterwall Park. Also great from the amenities.
