Tina is an excellent landlord and has made my recent move to Water's Edge very easy. She is very responsive and has made my move to Texas a breeze. As for the apartments, they are clean, safe and are in an excellent location. You have easy access to both the turnpike and Rockwall County. Rowlett is also a great neighborhood and I am glad to have found this place!

From the beginning all of the Waters Edge staff has been amazing. Me and my husband have had a few couple of questions and Tina has always been able to answer all of our questions and concerns with no hesitation. This is the first apartment me & my fiancé moved into since moving to Texas. Tina made everything go over so smoothly and was very helpful throughout the application process. This "a great place to call "home". Ms. Tina always greets you with a smile and she is very helpful to our needs, and quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I definitely recommend this property, I love everything about it and the staff.

Water's Edge Villas is a great community for those looking for a peaceful quite community. The units are reasonably priced and larger then the new floor plans you typically see. Tina, the property manager, is wonderful and very personable. Eric, the Maintenance Director, is always taking care of everything in a timely manner. As someone who has experienced chaos among residence at many previous communities; I would recommend this location for those trying to avoid the craziness that many apartments have. I would of released, had I not gotten a new job across town in Ft. Worth.

Management (Ms. Tina) is very helpful and she is so nice and I just love her. She is the absolute best in what she does and makes sure the tenants have what they need. This is my first apartment on my own and I truly love the place especially since it is near Lake Ray Hubbard and George Bush and Interstate 30 are very close by for access to the highway. If you don't like bugs and spiders then this may not be the place for you, although management makes sure the apartments are sprayed on a regular basis. It is a quiet complex and the people are also friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to move to Rowlett, TX. FIVE STAR!!! Heggins
The management is very accessible and helpful, neighbors are nice or, at the very least, non-conflictive. Spider webs are an issue, but that's the price of living next to the lake. I love it, it's close to everything and right on RT 66 and GWB Tollway which is awfully convenient.
On the lake, very quick access to major highways around the city, convenient to major grocery stores and other markets as well as top-rated schools, these apartments are well-designed and about as country as one can get in the city. It has garage/storage facilities on the property for less rent than the cost of a mass-rental unit. The pool is well maintained all year, and the office personnel are extremely polite and helpful. It is also gated, and the people who live here are decent and friendly. I don't like apartments, generally, but I love this place.
