Amazing place to live! Alot of space in the townhouse, close drive to alot things and had a great manager. Jamie is awesome and makes sure you have a great experience!
We used to live here and it is a very nice place to live, and Jaime has always been great, if something ever needed to be done she was on ot right away. Close to plenty of stores and trails. We really recommend Waters edge
The property manager is the most amazing person I have ever met. My fiance and I have never felt more welcome in any other place we have ever lived. She's definitely not standing over my shoulder as I'm writing this. She also definitely didn't tell me to write this review.
I’ve lived here more than a year and I would continue my lease if I didn’t have a house now. Great management. Peaceful setting.
Residents were very kind, location is great, community is clean and friendly, units were on the outdated side but are becoming more updated as new tenets move in, maintenance personal is awesome. Downfall is the property manager. Does not return messages, leaves passive-aggressive notes, does not follow through with what she says. We had issues moving out and the months that followed with getting information correct. Besides the property manager, this is a great place to be.
I love it! Since the first time I called it! I am so lucky to have found this place and made it my home now, because since the first time I called it, the phone was answered immediately by Jamie (Property Manager) her kindness, professionalism and great information, made me feel valued and welcomed as a future resident. She has been very productive during the leasing process! Not to mention that my place is so neat, I love the green areas, friendly neighborhood and great location. The manager is awesome! I highly recommend this place to make it your home. So happy:)
I have lived in the units for a little over a year and seen the on-site management as Bonnie and now as Jamie. There will always be a few hiccups but nothing that is not fixable. Jamie is working really hard to make sure all apartment and town home needs are met and fixed.These units are a good place to live in a great area. You are located near shopping and schools as well good trails.
I lived here for roughly 7 months and i really enjoyed the location, scenery, excellent walk ways and the furnishing of the town homes. Bonnie the property manager is a wonderful person, and great at keeping up the whole place. I use to work as a service manager at NTB just down the road and this was my place to call home after living in Rosemount, MN for 18 years. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Waters Edge used to have a bad reputation however since the take over by the current staff, the upkeep is much better and the surroundings feel like a much safer place to live. The rent is reasonable especially for the Chaska area.

If you are looking for prison like housing this is your place. Warden Bonnie will make your stay absolutely miserable. If you enjoy winters snow and slipping and falling on the snow covered icy sidewalks that never get any attention, then this may be the place for you. Count on never getting anything fixed or anything done by management here.
