DONT MOVE HERE

Trash bins are always full and so trash blows everywhere, people don’t pick up after their dogs so there’s poop everywhere, most of the management never wears masks and yet there are signs all over the property enforcing masks, reserved parking is $25/month and you could be given a space no where near your unit, gym closes at 5/6pm depending on the day and we’re still charged, management ignores maintenance requests, need I say more? Stay away from this place.

Absolutely would NOT recommend

I’ve only been here a couple months and I’m already looking to move again. The management is the problem. They don’t care about their renters or the issues they bring up. I’ve sent several emails that have been ignored, and made several calls where I was told I’d receive a call back only to be ignored. We also pay for amenities we can not use such as the gym and pool both of which close at 6…when people get off work. It’s ridiculous. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the property, only about 10% looks nice then the rest is covered by trash and management doesn’t care. I pay too much money for what I’m dealing with here. Don’t waste your money too.

Great place

I am closing in on two years at 5325 E. Tropicana Ave. I am very please with Management (Elizabeth and Satya). Elizabeth the complex manager has always been very receptive. And the grounds are well maintained and if I have any issues they are addressed promptly.

Positively Awesome customer service!! ??

If you are looking for a clean apartment with a well maintained and beautiful property, and a staff who takes care of their tenants, then the Vue is where you want to be. Prior to moving here from Louisiana, l read a lot of reviews and The Vue had the highest rating, and since I've been here, is well deserved. Elizabeth and her staff were so patient and nice. They always go above and beyond. We were able to do everything we needed to do with paperwork and signing the lease online and (when needed)on the phone(because I'm internet illiterate). They made my move-in seamless. My apartment was clean, but my AC was not working. The unit had to be replaced, Elizabeth had it taken care of that day. The maintenance guys are polite and respectful, and do excellent work. Any questions or problems I've had so far have been answered and taken care of. I couldn't have made a better choice than VUE 5325. Darryl Wirsching

Great place to call home

I have read many negative and not so nice reviews about The VUE 5325 but I have had nothing but a Great experience living here in the community. New management, staff, and upgraded apartments. They offer numerous amenities not offered in other apartment complexes and are constantly striving for excellence to makeover this establishment. I have had nothing but positive experiences here... it’s quiet, clean, and everyone is friendly especially the staff!!! NO COMPLAINTS, This is a great place to call home!!!

A New Start

I recently moved my family from New York for a better life opportunity. In my search for a place to call home I came across THE VUE 5325 APARTMENTS, they have plenty of amenities from a pool, gym, volleyball court, sitting bench areas to take in the sun/scenery, numerous barbecue grilling areas, enclosed dog play area, children’s play area with swings and slide, an in unit laundry and private patio, upgraded apartments with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, beautiful upgraded laminate flooring, ceiling fans, central air and if you can imagine much more. The Knowlegeable property staff in the leasing office is the best...Sweet Elizabeth, Outgoing Jonathan, and Bubbly Amanda all make you feel at home not only here in this beautiful gated community but in Las Vegas. Sabrina the property manager is down to earth and always eager to lend a helping hand with all your needs. I can’t forget the foreman Stacy always beautifying the property with the help of his amazing maintenance staff Jared, Dawn and Sergio which are just a few of a large staff I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with, they are knowledgeable and always on their A game. The Vue 5325 is a great gated family community that I am glad to call my home.

I think not :-(

The Vue 5325 - The apartments looks nothing like the photos here. The walls, doors baseboards and ceiling are spray painted a dark almond color, with a poorly stenciled image at the front door. It has a rolled linoleum foam flooring with a dark hardwood look. We were told we were in one of the recently renovated apartments, but it looks terrible. There is so much paint on the cabinets that the drawers and doors don't sit flush. The bathroom has a thick painted bath and shower wall that is difficult to clean. But most importantly, the wall sockets are so worn out that plugs always fall out of the socket ! The appliances are old, the only thing modern in this apartment was the wall socket that had a double USB port - guess that is what they call renovated ! As for this being a gated community - well it is at its minimum definition, during the day when most break-inns occur, the gate is wide open with no human monitoring or keypad entry. It is only closed at night. The rent for a one bedroom apartment for 2018 has gone up 10% - for this ? I think not :-(

Great experience!

Great apartments to look into, the office staff is great. Never had an issue. Best apartment staff and apartments to live in. Clean, upgreated, and beautiful units thru out the complex. Amazing pool and gym!! Beautiful landscape and clean parking.

Wrong date on the lease.

When I was looking for and apartment I told them I needed it before June 30th. The person I talked to said they had one available on June 14 and I put a hold deposit and paid the application fee, $150 in all. When I went in to sign the lease all of the paperwork was dated for July 14 not June, including the deposit form. It was probably just a mixup with the dates, but it cost me $150 and wasted about a week and a half of my apartment hunting time.

Nice place.

Future resident

Randomly stopped by to see if they had any 3 bedrooms available. Although they didn't have what we initially wanted, Desi made sure we left with different options. The floor plans and layout of the apartment complex are beautiful. The staff (Desi) was amazing.

My Review

These apartments, are very nice well picked up, and theirs very good and understanding people in the office ?? The Apartments are very nice and spaced and don't have anything bad to do with them. Not only that it's not in a bad Area. Lastly these are a couple details explaining the thing I like best about The Majestic apartments.

The grass is greener on the other side

I moved into Majestic Heights near the beginning of 2015 after a quite negative experience of living in the apartment complex across from it. The staff here is a lot more friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is fairly small and the floorplans are really nice. i was lucky enough to snag an upstairs apartment, i had wanted one because of the vaulted ceiling. The master bedroom comes with a fairly small but nice walk in closet and a cute vanity station right next to the bathroom. I was especially excited for the vanity because i have a bad habit of cluttering the bathroom sink area with makeup but not anymore. The kitchens much smaller than my last apartment but I love the pantry this one has. My favorite part though is the washer and dryer on the patio. It may not seem like much but its so hard to find decent priced apartments with the washer in or on the patio. I did knock a star though because we do get scorpions! These guys are not friendly. My mother and myself have both been stung by them. The complex does have exterminators that come out to spray but honestly its just the location because I have friends in the complex next to mine and they get scorpions as well. Overall the complex is lovely and I do hope to stay here for quite some time. I've moved rather frequently and this is the closest to 'home' i've felt in a long time.
