My sister and I love living at Vireo. The mgmt is sooooo very sweet and it shows they really care about us. Also, I cannot express enough my gratitude for the Maintenance Dept., because EVERY TIME we put in a request it is answered right away and fixed 100 percent not halfway. Apparently you treat your employees like family because that’s how they treat us. We will live here for many years to come….

Rude management
I used to like the staff but it’s very rude to attack me or a family member that’s visiting and walking with me. My brother in law was walking down the road with a cigarette and she jumped out the office and said in a rude tone that he’s not allowed to smoke. People smoke in their backyards and around here all day long? He was talking a walk while smoking. Eboni I used to like you but now I give you 0 stars because I don’t condone that at all. There’s a nice way to get your message across. And earlier in the day I asked the maintenance guy if anyone was in the office and he said yes the staff is there and as I arrived they locked the door after they saw me even though the office hours were open. Don’t attack people, there’s many nice ways she could have told him to not smoke and again I see people smoking around here all the time. I hope corporate sees this, this is not from a fake account.

I love it here. So much better than a traditional apartment complex. I would love speed bumps and more security at the pool and dog park to keep the surrounding apartment residents out since we pay a high monthly fee for these amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Would be great if the one bedrooms had garages or a detached garage.

We chose the community because of its proximity to McKinney and Allen. We love our spacious unit, large garage, and backyard. There were a couple of maintenance issues upon move-in, but they are being addressed.

From the moment I spoke to Ebony after getting approved for our townhouse, it has been a truly amazing experience. Ebony responded to all of my emails and had a lot of patience with me throughout the whole process of moving from out of state. With Vireo being a new neighborhood, there were minor things that needed to be fixed. The maintenance and the management team were 100% on it and made sure it got fixed as quickly as possible. Our kids absolutely love the neighborhood and our complex pool. With the hot days, we tend to spend most of our afternoons there!
